When my father-in-law passed away at his home in the Adirondack Park, Alexander-Baker Funeral Home did an incredible job coordinating his VA Cemetery burial. Since my husband and I live across the country, we were especially relieved and grateful to find a funeral home that was so responsive, accomodating, and attentive to detail. Erika and David were kind and flexible. They worked hard to honor all of my father-in-law's very specific and sometimes eccentric requests. Thanks to their expertise, the service and all administrative details went smoothly and we felt that he was in good hands. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent! Both Dave and Erica were so helpful, caring and thoughtful. They answered all questions, provided guidance and assisted our family with all details. Both the wake and funeral were top notch due to their attention to detail. Every one of our guests, including those that came over 3 hours to attend services made mention of how professional they were and how nice everything was. Dave and Erica were great and I'd use their services again if the need arises.

A lot of excuses and defensiveness when approached with concerns regarding the care of my late relative... be careful stopping by, you will find people’s loved ones just out for the world to see in an open casket instead of respectfully closed until designated viewing times and services... hurtful and traumatizing to anyone who may go in and not be expecting to see their deceased family member or friend in such a state yet. The situation could have been handled with more kindness and empathy. Maybe these men see death every day and are desensitized, but they should grant more understanding to others... Besides this issue, they seem to be an okay business..

They are wonderful my mom passed 11months ago they treated her like there family.they treated her with dignity.they all was wonderful and very caring and still are when they meet us. They made our mom look beautiful up tp the end and we are all very thankfull for that.again they are wonderful and thank them for taking good care of our mom. God bless you all. The. Ellen. Russell.
