It's location wasn't the best - in the middle of the industrial area and it was kind of scary to drive there at night time, but overall it was not bad. The staff was friendly and explained everything (WiFi, breakfast, even the trick of using the shower faucet) at check in. The room was clean and neat, but this hotel definitely needed some upgrades. The overall appearance of the bathroom was a bit old. It has everything needed to stay for a night - not fancy, but practical. Breakfast is buffet style and it has a few hot items, very limited choices though.

Sometimes there are things that aren't perfect, but then the situation is completely transformed by an interaction that completely changes your perspective. This hotel isn't super shiny, a bit outdated, but David, the man steering the ship late at night is the perfect man for the job. If my only option was a decrepit WW2 shelter in the middle of a blizzard, David would make it feel as welcoming as if you were just coming home. I hope Holiday Inn knows what a wonderful host he is, he turned our crazy stressful travels into a wonderful, welcoming and relaxing, retreat that anybody would appreciate. Its like the good ol' days ..... in 2023

This didn't even seem like a Holiday Inn at all. The room was dirty and stunk funky, the blinds were disgusting and it was an expensive night. Never go here, you will never feel the same about the Holiday Inn. Had to get my bed covers, through it over the bed and we slept very poorly.

The location is not near anything. BUT there is a Jammers restaurant just down the path from this hotel. It is great. The hotel is clean and relatively updated. Staff was accommodating. It had a great breakfast . Had everything you could need to start the day. It has a laundry for anyone on the road. Easy access off and on the interstate

Nice rooms in hotel, peaceful and beautiful area even though it's located in the middle of nowhere lol. Hope you enjoy your stay as I enjoyed mine, there is a pool, gym, business room and plenty of space for you and your wallet.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, drainage in the shower wasn’t the greatest, and the breakfast was decent. Not a bad stay. 15-20 mins to the amphitheater - which was convenient.

Overall it was fine. We put the do not disturb on our door and the cleaning lady still kept knocking!!! Very frustrating!!!!! We desperately wanted to sleep in!!!!!!I found it very odd that the cable box was stuck to the back of the TV so you had to stand up, go around to the back of the TV to change channels. That was frustrating because we only turn the TV on when we're exhausted and going to sleep.The bathroom could have been cleaner, under the soap dish was a layer of mold. I told the cleaning lady so hopefully she got it but you should double check because it was a thick layer

Came here for Motley Crue from the Philadelphia Pennsylvania area. Staff were great. Housekeeping did a great job . Wish i had more cash to tip them. The only thing that could have been better was the shower pressure in our room. Breakfast was good. Definitely will book again if im in the area. Definitely recommend.

I love the setting! I couldn't believe there was a hotel tucked away in the woods. There are some industrial places nearby but they're not loud or very big.Domino's doesn't deliver despite it being on their flyer at the front desk, just fyi. Uber Eats had some good options though. Would definitely come back!

This is a nicer place to stay. A little out of the way. Not exactly scenic I'd say. But the staff is great, rooms are nice. Nice appropriate sized rooms, Microwave, mini fridge.Staying a few days , I would come back and recommend it to anyone

Nice hotel. Off the beaten path, so nice and quiet! Fun sports bar right next door and Camillus with shopping etc is 7 miles away and just quiet back roads to get there. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Tommy! Pool was clean and nice, rooms were clean, just a bit outdated in my opinion. Just a suggestion since you guys have such a nice remote spot, an outdoor patio area with some grills, fire pit etc would be a nice addition. Would definitely stay again, regardless. Thanks for a great stay!

I usually love HIE. The grounds here are well maintained, but our room was not. The walls were thin as well. We could hear everything going on next door. I asked the desk agent if she could change our shower curtain and a few minor things in the room. She said she would tell the maid, but the shower curtain still reeked of mildew. So I bought a can of Lysol. The breakfast spread was nice and the coffee was good. Otherwise I would not stay at this location again.

Staff was amazing, so friendly & helpful! The pullout is probably one of the worst I’ve ever slept on, but the beds were good. We had a 2 queen suite. It’s not entirely family friendly- my 4yo couldn’t reach the soap or sink & had to climb up on the counter. The microwave is weird, turn knob instead of digital. Couldn’t hear neighbors which was nice. Guest laundry is good- the machines display the cycle time so you know when to go get your laundry. Breakfast was fantastic, there was something for each of my picky kids. Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. We were able to walk to a decent restaurant too. TV stinks, the outlets are weird- not enough near the bed but there’s also a switch that controls the outlet near the tv, I think a lamp is supposed to be plugged in there.

This is an older HI Express. In need of a remodel. Not super clean, but OK for one night. No place to charge anything on the nightstand. Front desk staff was helpful, but did take frequent smoke breaks. All in all just ok.
