Horrible customer service, and they do not even follow their own policies. The fraud protection they have is a lie as they will just deny any claim of fraud that you send their way. On top of that, there’s tons of hidden fees, etc. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER BANK TO PATRONIZE.

Employees are unhelpful. I know there’s a worker shortage, but WF shouldn’t even have a physical location if employees have no intention of doing their job, as pretty much every review here says (and is true). I’ve been a WF customer for over 18 years and will likely close my accounts after my experience at this location.

This particular branch of Wells Fargo bank staff members are very difficult people to deal with. Even when there’s no other customers they are unwilling to work or help you unless you have made a prior appointment. Their attitude is very indifferent.

It’s time for this bank to move to Main st in Poughkeepsie. This bank is way to far. And out the way if you don’t have to be on route 9.

What a joke, I went in to open a joint checking account, waited in line for 15 minutes, and then was told there wasn’t a banker to help us and to just open the account online. Turns out you can’t open a joint account online.

I called customer service and was asking about a charge that I do not remember making. Now I have to tell you I live in Cold Spring, NY and had to drive to Philedelphia Pennsylvania to visit my dying son in the hospital. I told him I wanted to put a stop payment on the charge. He doesn't listen and he closes my debit card and says that I said I wanted to report a fraudulent charge. Now I have to go back to Philedelphia to see my dying son with no debit card, which to me that means no money. I was told to wait till the morning to into the bank and make a withdrawal. That would be fine if the bank opens up at 7:00 in the morning because I wanted to leave at that time to be down early so my husband and I can be with my son. The bank only opens up at 9:00 am. So I asked her how does that solve my problem when I didn't say that it was a fraudulent charge. I want a stop payment and now I have no access to money until 9:00. Two hours later than I wanted to be for my son. All she did is repeat herself 3 times and said there was nothing she could do to reactivate my card. I NEVER ASKED THEM TO DEACTIVATE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. So now I have to explain to my dying son why I can't be there on time....because some ass jumped the gun and screwed me over. I can't stand Wells Fargo anymore. I am going to change to somewhere bank.

Nice staff however they usually have only one teller therefore the lines and the wait can be long.

Had the worst experience with this bank today. The people who work here are nice only to their 'friends' or 'like' people, no dignity and self esteem at all. I waited for 20 minutes, people who came after me all were serviced, the manger kept me waiting for three times. By the way, not only the services are bad, the products (checking, saving, or whatever) are also the worst, never do business with this bank again!

New to me as they closed their New Paltz Branch. The staff in this branch is quite helpful as were they in New Paltz, but dealing with WF is difficult. My bank in some form for more than 40 years so their I stay.

Cynthia Latino is the worse bank teller ever! This lady has one of the most nastiest attitudes I’ve ever encountered! She always complaints on how she is not able to help you and makes any transaction a difficult whenever I come to this branch. EVERY SINGLE TIME this woman tends to make smart remarks idk why how would someone like her keep a job as a bank teller with such a nasty attitude.

I opened my first checking account at Crocker Bank 45 years ago, Wells Fargo bought out that bank 43 Years ago and I have had a checking account with them ever since because they are a large enough bank I can get into one any where around the United States, accept for the Hudson Valley in New York. The hours on the door on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie say there open until 1:00pm on Saturdays the website says they are open until 1:00pm on Saturdays. I get up to the lobby door and a computer printed sign says they are closed at 12:00pm on Saturdays. I'm glad I have a local credit union that's open til 5:00pm on Saturdays. Only other bank that I have been to that has as many branches is Bank of America, but both these banks especially this one in Poughkeepsie hates face to face service with their customers! I do not mind paying service fees and higher cost nterest rates but at least give me customer service I deserve!
