I am a new customer and I brought in my suit for a cleaning for an upcoming wedding . The service was very professional and my suit was not in a good state but wow they got it looking brand new . Highly recommend to anyone that’s thinking of using them .

Based on my daughters experience with fast turnaround for address, she needed for a funeral. Management was very accommodating with the last-minute request. Price was reasonable and my daughter dropped off some of my dry cleaning. I'll have more on that later.

I wish I could give them 0 stars These people messed my so many clothes my expensive shirt collar got burnt mark when my wife went back to them The owner was so rude he almost through the shirt on my wife's face and told her to go somewhere else we gave them so much business and it's not happen once always there us some mess or spots on the clothes very poor service never recommend anyone to use these people.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

I put 1 star earlier just to try and get the owner to reach out because I had a customer come into the store I work at for help to get his wedding suit from there because they were closed and he was getting married the next day! I give 5 stars because somehow he was able to get in touch with the owner and he came and opened up! Have a happy wedding man, glad it all worked out!!

They are very fast and friendly. My suit was neatly clean theres no complaint!Hablan español tambien!Highly recommend you give them a chance!Definitely need to work on the sign! Ive moved to wappingers about 4 to 5 years now and the only reason I found them was because i searched the nearest dry cleaners online. Even tho im at hannaford in the same parking area almost daily, I never saw their signs.

I have used this dry cleaner for alterations for at least 15 years. So when my daughter needed her wedding dress and wedding pants suit altered, I had no hesitation bringing her here. It was a complete disaster. My daughters wedding dress was made in Hungary and the sheath under the lace overlay was cut to calf level with the lace overlay left long. It was to be hemmed so that the sheath and lace were the same floor length. The tailor sewed the piece back on, but my daughter is devastated because her dress is ruined and irreplaceable with 14 days until her wedding. It is not visible upon looking at it on a hanger or laid out on a table. But wearing it, in sunlight and experimenting with a picture…you can see the patchwork of the hem through the lace. My daughters jacket to her pants suit returned with small black spots on it, shoulders not tapered and sleeves too long. My daughter spent 4 hours through tears sewing to fix it the best she could at our dining room table. This outfit for her to change into during the reception was made in Ukraine and also irreplaceable. We were given a very small amount off the alterations total, however I will never trust this place again with anything and will not be returning. The icing on the cake is every time we pointed out something that was done wrong, we were told it came in that way and had to prove to her with pictures my daughter had taken that it most certainly did not. The most special day of my daughter’s life so far is marred by this horrendous experience and not even an apology. Alterations beware.Service: Alterations

Just picked up my suits. Super clean, look brand new! They were done ahead of the scheduled pickup time and very reasonably priced! Highly recommend.
