Over all good service, though I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. Got an oil change and inspection which I wasn't due for till November, receptionist insisted I said inspection. Although the slight snafu, I'll go back again

The owner who is semi-retired came out to help me get air into my tires even tho the shop was closed for lunch. We got it done with a little help from the mechanic who came off break. I really appreciate the effort. Putting air in tires and getting the right pressure is not as easy as it used to be. Thanks guys.

Excellent service! Lower cost than dealership. No recommendations or technicians notes and the techs should be using floor mats and seat covers. Too often I’ve had my car returned still needing other work that was I was not informed about and the floors dirty and/or seats. Need to step up care of customers vehicles.

I called Wappingers Auto Tech looking for a mechanic named Lo (recommended by his brother). The power steering pump in my daughter's car failed for the 3rd time. I decided after 2 failures to try a different mechanic. When I called I got Ashley on the phone. Loved hearing a woman that had so much knowledge of automobiles ?. Anyway, Lo replaced the pump, ahead of schedule and all is well with her car now. Highly recommend this shop!
