I just need to share how grateful I am and to show my appreciation to walgreens pharmacy Store #12158 in wappingers falls ny. They have been beyond nice and knowledgeable whenever I need anything for myself or my 5-year-old. Their assistance is beyond amazing and has always been fast \\u0026 helpful. You can see the hard work they put into making sure they meet the customers' needs. I just want to make sure they know how grateful I am for their hard work. Walgreens pharmacy should know how lucky they are to have you all on their team.

Horrific customer service at pharmacy. Had Covid test and vial was compromised by falling on floor. Girl collecting test said too bad. Was rude and I asked her to stop being rude. She said and I quote \\\" what are you going to do about it?\\\" Refused to provide another test and hung up on me. Spoke to manager who refused to provide her name so I could file complaint. Went inside to speak to store manager who basically said he couldn't help me because he wasn't there. Asked if anyone could help me he said call corporate but I would just be sent back to him. Such a violation safety laws. Will never come here again. How are they in business?

Long Line at register and two employees at photo register having long conversation to each other, they could tell everyone on the long line that register at the photo register is open , but they don't still having long conversation. - star for this store.

UPDATE: Now I'm being trolled by either this man's affiliate or even Cole himself. I reached out to Yelp and blocked him/her. Clearly, they don't handle reviews well.

If you like inflated prices for your purchases, this is the store for you. Their sales are equivalent to regular prices elsewhere. If you like a pharmacy with long waiting lines and you have time to return numerous times to get your one prescription because they are busy or have misplaced the order, this is the pharmacy for you. If you want to stand and wait in line with 3 other customers at the pharmacy only to be told to return later because they are leaving for lunch, this is the pharmacy for you.

I don't why there's so many nasty reviews. My husband and I were treated very nicely at this pharmacy. They're doing their best in these circumstances

God, don't be dying picking up medicine. You'll be waiting on the no matter inside or out. No matter day or night. It's best to go with two people. So one person can stand online while the other shop and pay a thousand dollars for one item. Did I mention the prices at this store are ridiculous?!!?

The staff at Walgreens pharmacy are extremely polite and friendly. They went out of their way to call my insurance to find out the updated information since it changed last month so when I got there all my medications were all ready for me. I even joined their save a trip refill program so I only have to come once a month and everything is ready at time

The staff at this pharmacy are amazing. The front end staff are a hit or miss depending on the day you walk in but the pharmacy staff go above and beyond I am so thankful for them all.

Pharmacy was horrible. Every month an issue with filling Prescription and never notified in a timely fashion. Often went over a week before issues resolved and received medications . Staff/pharmacist terrible.

I wish there was zero star, rude staff. No courtesy, pushy and bully, not recommended. Manager came with mask not covering mouth and nosed, she should be fired, cameras are witness her interaction with me.

The pharmacist and staff there are all very helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure my family and I receive our medication in a timely manner
