This review is late, but better than never. Some time after the pandemic I walked into the post office to a REALLY long line and this fellow (see image) was the only person assisting customers.
He was on point and did not skip a beat. He maintained great professionalism and a good attitude. Never did he display fatigue or signs that he was overwhelmed. I could have left and come back another day but i waited the 40+ minutes to get up front and have everyone applaud him for being so awesome at his job.
Its been the same every time i went back and that consistency is admirable. Thank you for you professionalism man... I'm sure I'm not the only one who appreciated it.

Very helpful folks at the counter - clear instructions, easy access to materials, including passport forms, remedies, appointments, and services.

I will never go to this post office again. Lines are ridiculously long since they always have one person to check people out even though I see multiple other employees in the back talking and doing nothing.

Employees are amazing but they do not have the proper number of staff on location. Wait times are ridiculously long and if someone comes in for a passport you will be waiting in line a half hour. The manager never helps with the line either.

Rude and lazy workers. ungodly slow. I come to get a refund on a money order and this old me
an looking woman tells she doesn't know how and there's a process, anything to get rid of me. Yeah moron, that's why I brought a filled form... I did the research because I know you'd be useless. So then she waves me to wait hoping I leave. After I complained an intelligent supervisor helped me. Anything not to do work I swear.

Courteous personnel, namely Johnny who is always polite. But they are consistently, ungodly slow. Without fail, you can watch other customers in disbelief as there will be one agent at the counter and several nearby in the back room chatting while the line grows longer. There's just no reason for the lack of attention to the customer experience. We've also had multiple 'failed delivery attempts' when we were home the entire day.In my experience, the Hopewell Junction Post Office moves at a much better pace.

The absolute worst post office. I went there because my children had a CONFIRMED passport appointment (I even showed the confirmation). They claimed that they had another appointment scheduled in my time slot and turned my children away and offered no resolution.The customer service there is terrible.

Both tellers doing pass ports lines out the door and no cashier for regular sales this is what our tax dollars pay for? ?

Worst post office in the area. I had to go there for a passport since the Hopewell Office had someone on leave. Went there and was turn down since they couldn’t wait for us to finish completing the application. Missed a whole day of work and went back the following week during the walking hours and was turn down again. This time the clerk said he wasn’t sure he could help me since it conflicted their break schedule. We heard them complaining about the supervisor and that she didn’t know what she was doing. We were there from 9:45am to make this timeframe and we waited for them until 10:30 for the supervisor to come and tell us they couldn’t help us. The supervisor was rude and at no point apologized or presented a real solution. They could of have helped us instead of having us wait as the passport would have taken only 15mins. The supervisor only offered to help us navigate the kiosk which we did not need. She never acknowledged that we took time of work for the second time for them not to help us. We went to another post office and had no issue and the staff was pleasant and extremely helpful and they apologized for the way we were treated.

Anthony was very helpful and kind when I went to the post office to have my package delivered, he answered my questions perfectly and I really appreciate his kindness.

Went to this post office last week and it was hectic in there and the line was extremely long but when I finally made it to the front I encountered a nice man named Anthony. I was in a crappy mood after waiting in that line that was almost out the door but after our encounter I was in a much better mood. He was extremely polite and helpful and I could really tell he took pride in what he does and wanted to make sure he does his job right. He went out of his way to really help me and I hope other people have the pleasure of encountering him too.
