Keep missing the delivery of my package; upon tracking it online; it says it's going back to the store on marshall road. the phone number listed on the website and the tracking website is not correct. I found another listed number and there was voicemail to leave a message, no identification of what I called. the online rep was very helpful; there is no way to contact the ups store on marshall road to tell them to hold the package; I will pick up since it's going to be delivered at 3PM (per rep) and I'm at work. what a run around not to be able to get my package since it requires a signature. rididculous.

Very helpful people so friendly! They made returning a package so easy for my first time. Their little cat mascot is adorable!

I originally visited the Poughkeepsie store for an Amazon return. A kid wearing a literal clown wig told me that I had to rent a computer for $3 and print the label for 50 cents. I left with the package never making the return. Then I came down to Wappingers. The guy here went above and beyond to help me email the label and print it. He was sharp, helpful, and courteous.

Walked in, gave what I needed to send along with pre-paid shipping label, got my receipt and was sent on my way. 5-star!

I've been coming to this UPS for the past year and never had an issue. Staff is all friendly and courteous, especially the nice old lady with the resident cat. They follow COVID protocol, wear masks, and don't allow anyone inside so all transactions happen at the windows.

$1.99 per page, to send a fax? Inconceivable! The other nearby UPS store charges $1.29. At least the guy behind the counter was nice and warned me before he started the process. I'll just take all of my business to the other place. Makes you wonder if they are overcharging for everything.

A bit insane that you are not allowed inside the store at all. It is the middle of winter and they expect us to stand out in the parking lot to fill out shipping info and complete a transaction and wait even longer while they go back in and out? No thanks I'll go elsewhere...
