“My Husband & I went to Mavis Discount Tire in Wappingers Falls. I had a nail in my front passenger tire and when I called Tyler was honest enough to let me know on a Sunday it would probably be over an hour wait as they were busy. We showed up and met Everett (I believe he was the Manager) and we explained the issue. He spoke to Tyler and LITERALLY they got us in to rectify the situation. In and out within a half an hour. It doesn’t get any better than that. Customer service at its BEST!!! That’s how you run a successful business. We found our new tire place. Now I see why they have great ratings on Google. When I got there, the staff was friendly and helpful. They installed and balanced everything in under 30 minutes. “Great service from technician and the owner. The technician was training another young guy and he had so much patience with the new gentleman . The owner is phenomenal and if I could give them 20 stars, I would. Came back the next day to put my 4th tire on and had the opportunity to work with the new guy. Amazing and professional.
