Wappingers Falls Print & Marketing Services are truly incredible. Maria and Nabia went above and beyond to help us complete a difficult same-day print job. Nabia even stayed beyond store hours to make sure we were taken care of. I will always use that location in the future! They are pros who understand how to carry out a complex job, with immense generosity and kindness. My friend and I were worried we weren't going to be able to get the materials together for a big retreat starting the next day. They saved the day for us!

i came to help my boyfriend carry something out of the store at 8:57 pm… the associates locked the doors with multiple customers inside & didn’t even allow me to help with the carrying of a large item… BEFORE THEY WERE CLOSED. terrible customer service

I called the store looking for a USB 3.0 A to B Cable (online it does say they sell it I did not want to drive there if it was not in stock) the employee cut me off and said come on in we have all sorts of USB cords. I said well can you check because I called the Poughkeepsie store and they did not have it. The employee then responded and said "oh if they don't have it neither do we". To which I replied well can you go check because it says online you sell it, is this not customer service? The employee then hung up on me. I then called back and said I was hung up on, the employee then responded with " well if you weren't running your mouth I would have helped you" I'm not sure how asking the employee to basically do their job is me running my mouth and to have an employee speak to a customer like that is completely unacceptable. I then asked to speak with the manager. She transfered me to the manager who didn't care in the least that the employee spoke to me this way and when I asked if she could check on the cord said if I had the part number (um, ok) no I didn't have the part number and asked if she could check by the name. Which she did, and came back on and said they didn't have it. The manager didn't even address the poor customer service from the employee until I asked for both her name and the managers name. I will never go to that Staple or any Staples for that matter when I can get better service from Office Depot or Amazon.
The employee never gave their name but when I asked the manager she said she wasn't sure who answered the phone, so I said okay I can wait because I will contact corporate. So she came back and said their name was Elizabeth and the managers name was Kristy (honestly the manager should have apologized as soon as I told her the employee hung up on me and then told me I was running my mouth. Seems like better training in customer service should be addressed)

EXCELLENT STAFF AND THE STORE MANAGER WAS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN DESCRIBING THE BENEFITS AND SALIENT FEATURES OF THE PRODUCT I WAS INTERESTED IN. THE STORE STAFF WERE COMMENDABLE IN THEIR EFFORT TO HELP ME.
I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERY ONE WHO NEEDS OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES.

Needed colated copies for a school project. I asked at copy desk for 25 copies (10 pages)
Girl at the desk told me they were way too busy. She suggested I make my own copies and it would be cheaper. I asked if she could help me and she pretty much threw the instructions at me. Needless to say the copies cost me twice as much because they did not copy back and front. While waiting for the copies I looked over several times and she was just standing there doing nothing. Never once came and asked if everything was ok. I will never go there again.

If you need anything printed/returned I highly recommend this specific store and asking for Myles. I had an issue with a previous order and how they looked. Myles helped me re-order what I was hoping for and was very patient with me, efficient and very informative. Great customer service!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Staples location due to an interaction with an associate named Patricia Black and two other staff members. Their behavior was shockingly inappropriate for any customer service environment. Patricia who I understand is the manager, exhibited extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism, using language that was completely unacceptable. Not surprised considering the other horror stories I have heard. Why is she still a staples employee? This incident has completely deterred me from continuing my usual support for Staples through my office supply purchases. Going forward, I will be taking my business to Amazon and other small businesses for my company's and personal printing needs. Unfortunately, this is not the first negative experience I've had at this store. I believe significant changes are needed, including staff training or reevaluation, to meet the standard of customer service that is expected. Unfortunately, this store isn’t even deserving of 1 star. Take your business elsewhere!

I've been to this Staples over a dozen times. The woman manager I always see here is not friendly, has an attitude, and her extremely negative energy permeates throughout the store. This wasn't a 'one-off' scenario, it occurred multiple times on multiple days, throughout the year. She has a poor mannerisms and is extremely disrespectful and dismissive, also not happy doing the UPS / amazon returns. I now go to the other nearby location (Poughkeepsie) and I'm very happy.

I like staples. They're convenient in a pinch. Staff are ordinarily friendly. But with all of the online malls such as Amazon, staples should revisit their sales and marketing protocols. They're pricey (understandably so) brick and mortar, payroll, stock and storage all cost big bucks. However, this can be rectified through better negotiating through proper channels with their vendors.
