Just yesterday I was verbally assaulted my the young woman who works in the check cashing part of the store and technically my complained had nothing to do with her. She (Kourtney) bullied her way into a situation that I asked Nancy to help me out with. She physical snatched a scratch off ticket out of my hand and refused to give it back, after numerous request from me to her to please give me back my ticket her response was "You're not getting it" I am a 50 year old grandmother and I have never been more humiliated in my entire life

Although I am not a smoker, I know many people who buy their tobacco products and lottery tickets here. They all told me that it's a good, convenient store with friendly and helpful employees.I also want to mention that I went to a Smokes for Less store to purchase an E-Z Pass transponder. I never knew that that they would sell it in a smoke shop!
