My windshield was just hit by a rock on Friday. I called USAA and they set up an appointment with Safelite for the following Monday. Safelite came at 8:30 am and repaired my impact point while the gar was in my garage. The repair was great, you can barely see any disturbance of the glass, and only then if you look closely at an angle. They did a great job!

Gave them my Subaru Forester to replace the back window. When I got my car back my trunk and back seat were a mess. My back wiper wasn't working. Turns out it wasnt even bolted back on..Went to the grocery store and tried to put my groceries in my trunk and the trunk door won't open AT ALL. And I couldn't put the stuff in my back seat bc they threw all my things everywhere. Not to mention they broke off the back plastic piece above the trunk handle that says Subaru. Which by the way is $300 dollars to replace. No one talked to me to inform me of anything about the replaced window, or about the piece they broke off. I contacted the company and still haven't heard back from them.. if I could give negative stars I would.

Devon came to my house late this afternoon. He was professional and highly experienced. It's nice to find gard working, consciences, courteous young men still out there. I was completely satisfied and would HIGHLY recommend Safelite and Devon to anyone!

The team at the Safelite Wappingers location was fantastic. They were very accommodating and efficient. Professional and personable. Timing and schedule was great and they made sure to get the job done when needed. They also talked to insurance when a question came up regarding the covered glass. Excellent team.

Safelite came out to replace my windshield and did so with one that was defective. The tech said a chemical had leaked between the panels of glass which causes drip like marks to show when the windshield is wet. This makes it almost impossible to see out of in the morning when there is dew on the car. The soonest I could get a tech out was the following week and they brought yet another defective piece of glass. Since the 2nd windshield was also defective, we decided to try again the following week instead. No surprise but the following week the now third windshield was also defective so they had to reschedule again for the following week. So now thats 3 windshields brought out in 3 weeks and my issue persists. The fourth week safelite calls on the day of my appointment to let me know the 4th windshield was broken in transit and they would again need to reschedule. So this will now be a month long process and I can only hope they get a suitable windshield. I called customer service and they offered no solution and no support. I will never use this company again, this has been an absolute mess. I would rather have my original windshield back and go to a local, private company.

The crew at this location was very professional. The manger Victor was very helpful and explained things to me from the beginning until the job was completed.Installed the windshield in quickly manner.Made me feel if I knew them for a long period of time. Do you guys always make sure to not attach any of the trim around the window or dashboard properly after the service? Horrible job the dash rattles over ever little bump now.
