Don't go to the pk nissan dealership. They totally suck and attempt to scam everyone they can. They illegally removed my inspection sticker (that was good til the end of the month but i was trying to get ahead of things) and then tried to withhold my vehicle by telling me I needed to spend $720+ for a new tie rod in order to get a new inspection. My phone died and they refused to let me get my phone charger from my vehicle. Had I not gotten someone kind to lend me a charger, I would've been stranded. Once my phone charged enough, I got a man on the phone. They wouldn't release my vehicle without speaking to him, even though he said all the same things I told the dealership. Maria and Danny in services are sexist scammers. I'm bringing my car to another spot for inspection. Nissan will not be getting any more money from me. Also, I had a shit experience when I bought the car from Joe in 2021. This place is underhanded to say the least. Spend your money literally anywhere else.

This is a follow-up to my November 14th letter. so far no one from Pok Nissan has contacted me about my situation. I am still getting the run around from nissan corporate. I guess they would rather see me or a family member injured or killed my car (2022 Nissan Altima) that has possible intermittent brake problems. If they claim there is nothing wrong with the vehicle (and it is driveable and getting fixed) why would'nt they buy the car back from me.this dealership is a sham and the whole Nissan process stinks. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM NISSAN.

Omg stay away. Classic lowball quote via phone, text, email, then when you go into buy the price is way higher. And they are insulting and degrading in that they make you sit and wait forever for their offers and responses. Then the sales manager comes out like a cliche of a bad car salesman, first thing he says is "I've been doing this for 22 years". Really? You mean insulting and humiliating people? Total BS, these guys give car salesmen the bad reputation they have. and the brand new car was dirty! dead leaves in the windshield vents, etc. Makes me hate the whole Nissan brand.

The vehicle had one previous owner who purchased the vehicle from this location. Prior to purchasing, we confirmed with Nissan that the previous owner's claim that she exclusively had the all of her service done here. We were confident that between the cardiac and service records, the vehicle was "clean". We only use this service location for all of our vehicles. Unfortunately, for a few months over the winter, we did not drive the vehicle much. Mistake-Chipmunk or mouse damage. NOT their fault. We weighed out the investment of repairing versus purchasing a new vehicle and decided to move ahead with the expensive repair plan. Estimated about $4900. For a 10-year-old car, this may seem excessive but with vehicles sticker price is upwards of 30 grand for a similar name, it made sense. We went ahead with the repairs and decided to keep the vehicle. The communication by Danny was excellent, as always. What did fail us this time around was small, and expensive parts, simply overlooked like bolts and screws that held the transition pan on or not replaced, and seem to have been stripped. This caused me to have to return to the shop to additional times. This is the reason for the loss of two stars. as it said, "the devil is in the details" and the important inexpensive bolts should have been fixed first time. Not only that, but my garage is staying with a Noyle leak, because that wasn't repaired correctly either. So, returned it twice for an oil leak that wasn't fixed the first time, nor the second time, then a rattling, where the strips for the transmission fluid pan wasn't connected properly. Really disappointing experience this time around. of course, they didn't charge me for the repairs because it was their mistake and oversight. My garage floor is a complete mess, and that one cannot be remedied."After being a huge proponent and cheerleader for the service department at Nissan Poughkeepsie, I'm sorry to have to write this negative review. returning today with my vehicle to get an inspection. Very straightforward. While we were there, we took Poughkeepsie Nissan up on an offer to provide us with an appraisal for my vehicle and for the offer mentioned rogue. Taking in mind, the value Kelley blue book puts out for. A vehicle in very good condition, the sales guy, Mike lowballed us. It's pretty cliché that he would claim the car was in good condition when it just had extensive refurbishing done under the hood. The car is clean inside and out.Save for a few small scratches, it does not look at Sage. Kelley Blue Book estimate was at least $3000 above what Mike just told us. Disappointing but not unexpected from SALES. And I am in SALES myself and never do this to our customers.Anyway, between having to return the vehicle to additional times to get something fixed, getting a lowball estimate, this isn't the place it used to be.And I just found out that as of three months ago, there is new ownership. They are in lies the issue..

Matt Worthman went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He really took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was extremely knowledgable about the car as well as the lease agreement. I'll definitely be returning in the future for Matt specifically, he made the whole process super easy and I'm so happy with the car I got!

I am SO IMPRESSED with Poughkeepsie Nissan!! My car needed an inspection, I brought it to Firestone, they told me that I my car wasn't safe and that I would need to pay almost $4,000 to fix all the issues. They took my sticker off, and told me that I needed to get the work done. I told them NOT TO TOUCH MY CAR!I took my car to Poughkeepsie Nissan, because I had to go back to work, they had a driver drive me back so that they can have time to inspect my car.I only needed tires, my car was fine, Pough Nissan, picked me up from my job and drove me back to the dealership to pay, but because my car wasn't ready (they had to get the tires from somewhere) they drove me to my second job. When my car was ready, they then had someone drive my inspected car with its new tires to my place of employment.WHAT PLACE DOES THIS!!! I felt like family. I was so humbled by the amazing service and treatment. Thank you Poughkeepsie Nissan!!

Reviewing Poughkeepsie Nissan's service department. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting, the Service Advisor told me everything in the vehicle looked good, except my cabin air filter was dirty and something about needing a coolant flush. $80 for the cabin filter, $160 for the coolant flush. Like a dummy, I agreed to the coolant flush, but said no to the cabin filter, because I could change it myself, like I did a few months ago. When I got home, I said, wait, why would I pay for a coolant flush on a car that's still under warranty and nearing the end of its lease? I went to the owner's manual and saw that coolant doesn't need to be changed until 105k miles! I'm at 33k. Further, I popped out the cabin air filter and it still looks almost brand new. This made me review the dash cam footage from my car and it showed me that the technician never even checked the cabin filter! How can they sleep at night knowing that they're blatantly lying to customers and ripping them off? I will not be back.

Terrible experience I would caution anyone from buying here. I'm writing on behalf of my father and sister's experience here. My sister bought a 2008 Versa more or less 2 months ago. You would expect a car from 2008 to have issues, but little did we know we were buying her a huge lemon. The car came with a brand new inspection sticker... briefly within the first few days of driving a check engine light came on. After back and forth visits to the dealership and the facade of them "trying" to fix the car, problems kept occurring and the check engine light stayed. It reached such a dangerous point that her car turned off in traffic and she was almost hit by a truck (mind you this was after they said it was fixed for the 5th time). The problem here is they sold her a lemon and refuse to make things right by taking the car back or fixing it properly. But it is clear the bottom line here is all they care about and bolstering their bottom line even if that comes at a cost to public safety as I just mentioned in my sister's experience. This has to make you think if they don't care about the consumer as it pertains to this low end $5500 purchase, what makes you think their newer cars have any integrity. My sister is currently in med school studying to serve underserved communities. She's the type of person that makes do with less, but this just isn't tolerable. After this terrible and life threatening experience, we are going to file complaints with the better business bureau, petition claims with the attorney general, and communicate to all outlets where consumer protections are heard.

I have so much good to say about Maria, Rob, and the whole service department! They are always so welcoming, never push anything on me that I don't need and are generally just really a pleasure to interact with!

I'm currently leasing a 2019 Sentra, my brake lines went bad after 24,000 miles, had to get it towed from my home. Their roadside assistance is "24 hours" but only if you call before 8pm , other than that there's nobody who can get your car..even if you tell them you're willing to wait up until 2am. Got another call back at 2am saying they couldn't find anyone and they would schedule a Tow driver to come at 6am. The following morning, I got a phone call at 5:57am asking when I wanted them to get my car because nobody was available for the 6am time slot I selected. I said as soon as possible, then at 10am the driver finally showed up,exited a "enter only" road, and somehow locked my keys in the car (which Nissan told me could not happen at the time of me leasing the vehicle and even showed me how the car beeps at you) so I had to go down with the spare. they replaced my brake lines and I had asked them to do my oil change and tire alignment. The woman said she had a coupon for both to be $71, I thought "cool, I have $11 in service points I can use too." Got to the dealership, nobody's wearing a mask, and it turns out you cannot use points that you've earned on top of coupons, which I personally think they should have done anyway just based on my brakes dying at 23k miles. I can't wait for this lease to be over. My car has stalled three times, it sputters, and it's just been hell all around. This is my first Nissan and I'm NOT impressed.
