I went here to get my debit card statements and Steven was very informative, helpful, and very nice. He was very clear about what was on my statements and was really informative to what was on them.

I definitely would not recommend using M&T bank or james Ciallela for anything unless your trying to waste time and money. He was always unresponsive and unhelpful when I needed advice or assistance. The process of getting a loan through M&T Bank was very time-consuming and a horrible experience over all. James was never around when I had questions or needed support, and often ignored my emails. After about about 2 months of filing documents and paying fees the loan was denied for something I informed james and M&T bank about before we started the loan process, which they told me wouldn’t cause any problems acquiring the loan. I would not recommend James Ciallela or M&T Bank for any type of loan.

Staff at Beacon branch could not be finer. One of their very successful branches. Only knock? No Saturday hours, 5 PM closing only on Friday. I would surely recommend.

This is the WORSE bank in American HISTORY, I DEPOSITED a check from my LAWYER for a discrimination lawsuit. I went to the bank to withdraw MY money that was available and they told me “YOu don’t have this type of money” I said “why cause I’m black”? The branch manager said YES and on top of that she said “I never deposited the check that it was fraud” and she called the police on me. Days later EVERYTHING cleared and she called me back to pick up the money. NEVER apologized, she degraded me and defamed my character and NEVER once said I’m sorry.... I think I have to take legal action

Female manger is not good ... doesn't give you a courtesy call if there is an issue with your account, like the last manger .. She was trained from the manger in Poughkeepsie. .. When that manger in Poughkeepsie took over, all that staff changed and kept on changing.. I even seen her reprimand

I have a business account with M&T and deposited thousands upon thousands of dollars for several years . I can cannot get a credit card or a line of credit There answer to me is that there conservative However, I am able to get loans and credits cards from other lenders. Obviously there not out to to see my business grow.

Very friendly, personable, efficient. I always enjoy going there. The space is small but nicely set up - they even put up a tree at Christmas!
