Called as my car died on me and he quoted me 495 for 20 miles when I asked why so much he said take or call someone else and hung up on me. I called back and he picks up like nothing happened. Never use them people. Business's like this don't desearte our money. I urge all who read this call others. I got quoted 380 compared to them.

Tom was very prompt and courteous. He identified the reason why my car wouldn’t start. He got it to start. He followed my sister and I to my auto mechanic in case the battery died on the way there. He spoke with the service representative about the problem. I would highly recommend his services. I would call him again if I needed this service.

They picked me up late on a Friday afternoon,got me to a mechanic they trusted, and gave me a ride to where I could get picked up since I was so far from home.Breaking down is never anticipated and they definitely guided me through an otherwise very stressful situation.

My family has used mammas towing for the past 15 years and every time was great! I’ve personally used them twice in 2022. I’ve called 15 local tow companies to get pricing on a 7 mile transport and mammas towing came in a lot less then everyone else. He was on time/ professional and didn’t rush getting the car up and down. I was also in a minor accident and called Tom and he was at the scene within 15 minutes. 5 stars all around!!

Very reliable and the driver was a rock star! He helped pull out the heavy equipment that sunk into the flooding that's been getting worse. Waiting for the highway and sewer department of Wappingers Falls to correct this ongoing issue ?

While passing through the area this weekend, we hit the mother of all potholes on a dark street during a downpour, resulting in a flat tire late Saturday night. We called roadside assistance, which promised a tow truck in a few hours. I lucked out by finding Tom of Momma’s Towing Service of Wappinger’s Falls. He reallly came to our rescue - tried to fix the spare, then re-inflated the flat and guided us to the hotel I’d booked while we waited. He checked the tire again, then waited while we checked in to make sure our last-minute booking was OK. Then he told us to call in the morning and he’d come re-fill the tire if necessary so we could get to the tire place. And the price for all his efforts was incredibly reasonable. We’re not local, and I hope we won’t need his services again, but I couldn’t recommend him more to those of you who do live here. Thanks, Tom!

I was stuck with a flat tire and I had to get to work. He got me towed to a shop that I trust in the amount of time he promised on the phone. When someone gives you an estimated time and follows through, it is greatly appreciated. Thank you again and if I ever get stuck in the Wappingers Falls area you are in my contacts!

Worked for Vinny for a long time, one of the most reasonable bosses and is very understandable as long as you keep the whole truth with him. Also treats you as one of the family even if you only work winters with him or just summers

Some reviews say expensive but I had an exceptional experience this morning. Car was hung up on a VERY high curb near Red Line Diner in Fishkill. Cold and very windy. Tom spent almost 1/2 hour crawling on his knees in dirt under the car and using a variety of techniques and muscle power to get the car lifted off safely. I was truly worried for his own safety. He knew we were headed for Albany airport, gave us some directions in case the car had suffered some damage although he had crawled under several times to inspect. He then called us later to be sure we got there safely. Could not have been a better experience for a difficult situation. Highly recommended.

I recomend Momma, Tom helped with all after crash. Agree with slow insurance reactions to tow operators, they are considered as low as owners when it comes to paying/collecting losses. Why is it so when we pay a lot of money to insure cars and to be lowly classified; unacceptable.Service: Local hauling
