Great experience buying a new car. This is my second Subaru. I had my Crosstrek for 10 years. It was a great, reliable car. My salesperson, Ian, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which made my decision making a lot easier. He went to great lengths to ensure the purchase process was seamless and my Forester was in perfect condition before I drove it off the lot. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

I was shopping for a Subaru Outback and realized that there are nine different trims for the model. After a true Subarupalooza I decided to go with the Outback Touring because it has driver attention monitoring. I bought it for my future self. In 10 years I will be driving this car. But my vision will change, my reaction time will change, and I hopefully will be retired, touring full time.
Keven at Mid-Hudson Subaru is knowledgeable and kind. He was ready for the test drive early. He answered all of my questions and listened carefully to my concerns. He never pressured me to make a purchase decision. He is proud of Subaru quality and the philosophy of the brand. I expected to make a choice of a Subaru and the first one I drove appealed to me perfectly.
This is my third Subaru. I bought an Impreza in 2016 and probably would still be driving it but my circumstances changed. I needed a larger vehicle and went with the Outback. Unfortunately I had a motor vehicle accident recently and the Outback was totaled. My driver side door was directly hit but I was unharmed. I lost no time from work and that is more valuable than I can express.
The Outback Touring XT is the jazziest ride I’ve ever experienced. I can’t believe all of the features for 2024. Keven assisted me with updates/ options before I started the 75 mile drive home. Yes, I traveled round trip 150 miles for the opportunity to get back into a Subaru. I found the vehicle on CarEdge.
Eric Brown is my financial guy. The first time I was seen by the financial guy without having an uncomfortably long waiting period. YAY !
Eric is a salesman but not at all pushy.
Comparing my lifetime experience with car dealerships Mid Hudson Subaru is the best.

Walked in for and oil change and tire rotation. Less that 1 hour later I was on my way home. Excellent service and a nice coffee while I waited.
