I’ve gotten rib-eyes, strip steak, filets, skirt steaks, short rib, rib roasts and T-bones and everyone who’s eaten these steaks has raved about the quality of the meat. Hard to beat the taste of local raised Angus cows. Philip is friendly and helpful. Definitely check it out if you are in the area!”
