Went here recently and got a $65 pedicure. It is very clean and I had little to no wait time on a Wednesday afternoon. While the pedicure itself was great, I did not find this place client friendly. Staff member providing the service did not crack a smile not even once. When she was done, she walked me over to the dryers and left me there. I had to check myself several times to see if my toes were dry. After a while, I took the toe separators off myself and crossed my fingers hoping they were dry. Paid and left.

Used to love this place but lately it has not been great. Made an appt. for my nails only to come in and be told I had to wait a half hour. The one technician was rude and chopped my nails down to nothing. Then she had an attitude when I asked her if the instruments she was using were clean because I never saw her open a new pouch which is typically done during the manicure. Their quality of work has gone down and prices have just gone up.

Made an appointment on Tuesday for a Saturday right before my engagement photoshoot and they turned me away saying I didn’t have an appointment. Didn’t even apologize or give me the option to wait.

this is horrible. the nails turned out so bad. they also said it was gonna be 45 minutes and it’s 2 hours. now i’m late for track.

THIS IS HORRILBE. I do not re. The quality is horrible and they said it was going to be 45 minutes it turned into 2 hours and they still couldn get it right. I think we all deserve a refund.

I waited an hour to get nails done which was not the problem I just walked in so I had no problem waiting but once it was my turn they rushed and took no time to do my nails and she was rushing so bad she cut my cuticle so much that I wouldn’t stop bleeding and she put the oil stuff on it after I got my cut and touched my cut with the oil container and DIDNT CLEAN IT AFTER! It was painful and still is. Won’t be going back there.

Unfortunately this has become a common occurance and seeing a lack in the quality of their work. This is right after I left the salon with a Gel manicure, uneven gel on my cuticles and the entire nail not even covered with polish on most fingers. RUSHED, NO attention to detail and ZERO PRIDE taken in the final product. I have been going here on and off for over 15 years. In recent years, much more infrequently due to receiving service like this. Unfortunately, this was my last visit as paying $35 +tip is like throwing my money in the garbage.

I have been getting my nails done for 16 years, pedicures too. This salon does a mediocre job and then refuses to make it right. They were very rude as well. My year old could of done a better job.

I’ve been going to lily’s since I was a kid. Pedicures are great but I did a gel manicure and it’s already chipping. I went yesterday. When they did the manicure they used a styrofoam block for an arm rest and used the same UV light that they for my pedicure without cleaning it out. Idk grossed me out a little bit. Not very happy and felt it was a little dirty.Services: Pedicure

I’ve been going there for the last few months and the work has been rushed the last few times I’ve been there. I usually get tips with powdered nail but when they do it the don’t apply the top on to the nail they put it at the end of my nail where it look easy to break off and the powder is applied on so thin where my nail breaks in less than a week. I went there to have them look at a nail that broke and they told me there is nothing they can do and to just put a band aid on it… I’m disappointed in the service and how much it’s declined and I will not be returning.Service: Pedicure
