With the expertise of Sabrina and her team my mom and sister hosted an absolutely beautiful bridal shower for me! The staff at Hidden Rose Catering were all incredibly kind, helpful and professional. The venue was gorgeous and the food was delicious - my guests had an amazing time and one even wants to host her 50th wedding anniversary party here next year she loved it so much!

We had my daughter's sweet 16 here and we couldn't have picked a better place. Sabrina and her staff were wonderful and accommodating in so many ways. I highly recommend The Hidden Rose. It truly is a gem and I had so much great feedback from other attendees. I will definitely be using this venue again for future events!!! Gorgeous room, views and service.

My husband and I had the best experience using Hidden Rose for our wedding. Sabrina was an absolute delight and helped us through every step. She accommodated all of my asks and even brought some great ideas and surprises of her own. The food and drinks were outstanding - my guests actually reached out to me afterward to rave about the meal and to ask for the recipes for our signature drinks (which Sabrina came up with!). The grounds were beautiful and the staff did outstanding work setting everything up and executing my vision, as well as making everyone feel so taken care of the entire time. All around, I am SO happy that we chose to have our wedding here, it could not have been a better day!

I do not know where to begin. I recently had a DIY wedding at hidden rose. I could have never done it myself without a bunch of help from the owner. From the very first conversation, the owner was kind, patient and understanding. I decided to have my wedding here not only because of the beautiful grounds and venue, but because I felt so comfortable with the owner. Sabrina has an easy going nature and is very down to earth. She guided me every step of the way. From order of events, to traditions, to set up ideas, and even food/drink options. The entire staff went above and beyond and were amazing! Hands down, hardest working and sweet! They really made my day special and were just super helpful. Many of my guests noticed how on point they were! Every wedding has a mishap or so, and when the pastor was extremely late and lost, Sabrina sprung into action. She guided him to the venue and came up with a pop up idea. The staff moved the cocktail set up outside and even brought out some fans. My guests were kept comfortable during the delay and all turned out well. Thank you so much for making my day special! All the calls and advice you gave were priceless! I am so happy with how my wedding turned out!! I’ll definitely be back for my daughter’s sweet sixteen!

I am a local Meditation and Reiki practitioner and I have monthly events at Hidden Rose. This space is absolutely gorgeous and completely surrounded by nature. It feels like a warm hug and the working wood fireplace creates a glow that’s not to be missed. As someone in the wellness space it’s really important to provide a calm and peaceful experience for my guests, and Sabrina goes above and beyond. She always keeps communication effortless, and her professionalism is only matched by the deep compassion that she has for people who use her space.

We chose Hidden Rose Catering for our 50th high school reunion after looking at many other local venues. We wanted our premier Saturday night event of the reunion to be extraordinary, and Sabrina made it a reality. The room is spacious with a dance floor and the bar area with high top tables was the perfect place for alumni to gather. We selected the dinner from the buffet menu, and Michael and his staff did not disappoint. The food was delicious and refilled quickly. We would highly recommend Hidden Rose Catering for any event.

Hands down, Sabrina at Hidden Rose Catering is one of the best! My Bridal Shower venue fell through, five days before the date. Sabrina already had an event booked but made a call for me and saved the day! She catered my event offsite at a nearby venue. With short notice she created the perfect brunch menu. All fresh ingredients, flavorful food and plenty to go around. Sabrina and her staff were true professionals that paid attention to detail and were attentive every step of the way. As the Bride to be, Sabrina made it like the venue change never even happened! I confidently recommend Sabrina and Hidden Rose Catering for your Hudson Valley event! 10 out of 10! Thank you Sabrina!
