Was able to reserve and move in to the unit within the same hour of booking! GM was very friendly and walked us through everything! Love that this company also uses an app where you can make online payments!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! No camera's protecting any of the units. This facility only has ONE camera facing the entrance. People are breaking into the units and stealing from renters! The management company is denying any responsibility. Safety is not their concern... all they want is your money!

Have rented with Prime previously and when I moved to the area was pleased to receive the same great customer service as before. The property is well maintained and I am at ease knowing Scott is keeping an eye on things.

Absolutely phenomenal service from Scott he answered every question I had in great detail, very polite and friendly. He explained everything that I needed to know. The facility is in great shape. I’ve have been through numerous storage facilities over the years and this one beats them all!

Wonderful facility. Well lit and beautifully landscaped. They have many different options for rentals both indoors and out. The manager Scott is great. He makes the process of signing up a breeze and he's a very friendly guy. I'd recommend this location to all of my friends and family.

Scott, the general manager, was an absolute pleasure to do business with. You can rent a storage unit anywhere, but we are glad to have chose Prime Storage in Wappingers because of the overall patience Scott showed and the time he took to show us units and go over all information needed to finalize renting one. 10/10 recommend.
