Dropping off my donations of electronics, and clothing, and odds and ends. So easy to do. I just drove up to the donations door and barely had myself out of the vehicle when Michael came to assist. He brought a shopping cart and before you know it, not two minutes, went by when everything was out of the vehicle. Michael was a real angel

This used to be one of my favorite GW locations. Now it's probably my least favorite. For such a large store, their inventory is bare and very picked over. I'm not sure if it's because people aren't donating or if new stuff gets bought up fast but whatever it is, the inventory has really shrunk from a few years ago. I did come across 3 really cute items... the floral pitcher which is a piggy bank was marks $14.99. Outrageous!!!! I will definitely stop in the next time I'm in the area with hopes of seeing a fuller store.

Third time trying to drop off things to the donation center. Called ahead of time to make sure the times and if they were open. Yet when I drive there to drop off they were closed again. I was way ahead of the 6pm close time. Never going here again for donations ever!

Always a good place to find different things! Hit or miss but that’s the nature of the store!

I really don’t know what is going on here. 2 weeks in a row I travel to drop off clothing and the donation center is closed. I called once to ask about it and was told it was an equipment issue that particular day but otherwise the center would be open. Obviously, that is not the case since I just showed up a second time and yet again the donation center is closed.

Not a good place to find much if anything: overpriced junk & you'd swear somebody had picked over the donations and took everything good. I've been to plenty of thrift stores, and this location is near the bottom, which is sad considering the space available.

Great selection. I just wish the changing rooms were clean.

Can't even answer the phone for me to make an official complaint about their employee Amelia Selik (last name might be spelled wrong) being racist towards my latina mother so I'm putting it here

I dropped 3 bags of items off at the Wappingers center. I went into the store and bought a few things. With this new type of shopping it is difficult for a 86-year- old to handle cane, cart, pocketbook, etc. I placed items in car trunk and then climbed into my car mistakenly leaving my cane in the cart. It wasn't missed until I got home. I tried to make contact without success. The next week I went to center and there was my cane on the right side of the entrance. I noticed it had a green price tag of $9.99. I took it to the counter and said I had found my cane. They wanted me to purchase, and when I refused suggested I make a donation. Where is their Goodwill, common sense, and humanity when dealing with customers? There's no lost and found. They find it they keep it. I won't be going there any time soon Sylvia M 08/27/2023

No public bathroom, barely any inventory in the store. Everything is auctioned off online now. Really sad to see...and smell...

I was looking for items to help a homeless man who just was approved for an apartment. He has nothing, so he needed everything. I was only able to purchase 2 dining chairs. No dishes, pots and pans, flatware, glasses....Nothing was available to help. There was plenty decorative items, wine glasses, vases, etc. My effort to help him was very costly but worth it. I tried the store on 2 other occasions but same results
