Such a sweet and compassionate group of people work here at Full Circle! They provide great care for my girl Meadow. She absolutely loved Dr Robert and the whole staff. I’ve never felt so taken care of by a veterinary staff before - and I really appreciate their conservative approach and open mindedness.

We stopped running around in full circles when we found Full Circle to care for our fur babies. After trying out other practices in the area, we finally found Dr. Rocque and Dr. Robert who treat our pets as if they were their own. They literally sit on the floor to comfort and connect with our dogs and cat before examining them. And while we all know pet care like human care can be expensive, Full Circle educated us about the availability of pet insurance. Thank you to the entire Full Circle team for your professionalism, quality integrative care, and compassion! It’s such a relief knowing our fur babies are in capable and competent hands.

Full Circle is an extremely respectful and knowledgeable place. I have nothing but kind words to say. My mother had to bring my pup in multiple times. English not being her first language, full circle was very patient with her and very caring towards our family. Dr. Robert is very passionate, and thorough with her work. She respects her clients and allows for questions to be made. I’m very pleased for the service my pup has been getting whether it’s too small or something bigger. There’s a reason why she’s veterinarian and my pup loves her. My pup always feels the care during the visits.

Pricy, unprofessional, and lack of courtesy. When I asked questions about my service, I received unwelcoming responses and was told that I was not a good fit...Really? Remember the old adage, the customer comes first, so apply it folks. Do your homework people...Two Stars is being generous, not all the staff was unprofessional...not mentioning names.

This place is by far the best vet I have ever used. The entire staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I trust them implicitly and my pets do too!

Not a real holistic veterinarian. if they can't sell you prescriptions or toxic poison heartworm or tick meds, you don't get the service you need. Money-hungry traditional vet. Very poor quality handling, you get technicians only & urgent diagnosis was missed. If you love your dog, choose another more compassionate vet. Sitting on the floor is meaningless, not even mentioning that they lie to suit themselves and justify non-service.

Christine was wonderful from the start when I called to inquire about my dog, to making an appointment to the actual visit. This by far has been the best vet experience I’ve had in the 13 years of being a dog owner. The entire team was kind, compassionate, informed and very professional. The office and venue were very clean. I would highly recommend them. Dr. Robert was wonderful. Thank you again ??

Dr. Michelle has always taken great care of my Emma and Ava. The staff is always great and they provide me with an itemized bill before proceeding so that we’re all on the same page. We love Dr. Michelle and her team!

Would give 0 if able to. Took our 2, then 3 budgies to Dr.M for yrs to clip wings & nails. Never advised us to take them once a year to exotic vet for physical. All her "niceness " went down the toilet when we brought boys in for wing clipping, & "I" brought it to her attention that our 1st bird baby 6y/o, had a bloated belly. Then she agreed & suggested a Avian vet in Bedford. She should have noticed this before, i said anything! Whatever that exotic vet, moron did to our bird, he ended up getting worse. I called Dr. M a# of times, obviously distraught. She never had the courtesy of personally calling us back. She instead had a tech call us, offering no comfort. We had to put our bird baby down because he was suffering. So, if you have a bird, PLEASE take it to an Avian vet at least once a year. We suggest "Creature Comforts " in Poughkeepsie. NOT HERE! Dr. Barker & her staff are amazing! She actually restored our boy to himself, so that we had him for 2 more beautiful weeks. Unfortunately, it was only temporary. As for Full Circle, ended up being a big mistake!

I’m a first time dog dad and my little man wasn’t feeling well. I got him from a rescue and didn’t have an established vet nearby. When I noticed some funky stuff in his poo, I was a bit panicked and worried. So, I called around a few places and no one would take him in, at least not for several weeks, but this issue needed to be addressed ASAP. After all, he’s my baby boy! When I called Full Circle, Kristine answered and talked with me for about ten minutes and made arrangements for me to have my boy checked out the very next day. Literally every staff member showed myself and my puppy kindness and warmth. They made his vet experience a happy one and now he’s all medicated and feeling much better. I cannot begin to praise Full Circle enough. They made me feel comfortable in the fact that my puppy would receive the care he needed… not to mention the extra treats and love he received from literally every staff member! Thank you Full Circle for giving Kirby the care he needed!! We will be regular patients!

I am very grateful to find Dr. Michelle and Full Circle Veterinary Hospital. My 11 year - old Yorkie was diagnosed with mammary cancer and I went to Full Circle for a second opinion. Dr. Michelle was incredibly honest and helped me come to my own decision about the next steps without any pressure or judgement. Since our visit, my dog has started a raw diet and three immune support supplements. She is full of energy and honestly is acting like a puppy again. It is really nice to take a holistic approach to helping my dog be as comfortable as possible, for as long as possible.

I started going to Full Circle after I adopted my first dog. I had been bringing my two cats to a cat-specific vet and ended up just switching all three of my pets over to Full Circle for convenience.I cannot say enough good about the care my animals have received from Dr. Michelle and the techs/staff. They are kind, compassionate, and as accommodating as possible given that it's a small practice and Dr. Michelle is the only vet there. Any time I have not been able to get an appointment with the vet or a tech they have given me resources for alternative services. They took my very sick, dehydrated dog in for fluids last minute as they were closing for the weekend and offered to come in early to assist my elderly cat when she was suffering at the end of her life. I have never found that the staff has been rude, pressuring, or judgmental and they are very transparent and upfront about both costs and options. If you are looking for a vet that is going to be available to you around the clock and also serve as an ER, it may not be the place for you. But if you want a thoughtful, knowledgable, reasonably priced veterinary practice that will truly care about your pet's health and quality of life, then I highly recommend Full Circle.
