Workers are nice however they had me wait 1 hour and 45 mins for an inspection and to change a break light. They said the printer wasn't working after the fact but someone should have told me to set the expectation. i even asked how long was the wait going to be and if i should have someone pick me up since my appt was at 9 before hand. But i was told under an hour and I should be fine. I am now late for work

Brandon and Jason helped me with an emergency. I'm a Medical Courier and got my rear tire damaged. I was driving on a donut spare tire and needed to bring pathology samples and blood to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. They were very busy With other cars. The mechanic mounted and balanced a new tire and got me on my way in less than 25 minutes. AWESOME!!!!

First time customer and booked apt. for 4 new tires and an oil change. I asked for coolant to be checked and manager assured me it was part of the oil change. Then needed alignment at no discount despite tire purchase, reminded them about coolant light. Picked it up, tire pressure light came on and so did the coolant light! Next day my car overheated, thankfully VW took me in and fixed immediately. I called and spoke to assistant manager who apologized for my "bad day". So disappointing.

Not just this location but all locations. Take your car to a real mechanic and you will save lots of money on time, labor and parts. Also, get multiple quotes of the work that needs to get done as they will lie to you about necessary maintenance in order to increase their bottom line.

I made an appointment for an inspection over a week ago. I arrive today on time for my appointment and waited a full hour before someone told me that I would have to wait over another hour to get my car Inspected because people were tied up with other things. If you’re not able to meet your scheduled appointments than you should offer an alternative instead of assuming that everyone has time to wait. It’s poor Customer service.

Made an appointment a week in advance as this is 45 mins from my house and the nearest firestone location. Arrived on time, left after an hr and a half of waiting with my car sitting in the same spot I left it. By far the worst location I've been to in the 8 yrs I've been using them. Go to Newburgh.

This would be -1 star if it was available. I had a 10/5/23 oil change and free rotation scheduled. They performed the oil change, but, did not have time for the rotation, which was re-rescheduled to 10/8/23. They then called and said they needed to reschedule the free rotation to 10/15/24 because they only had one technician who had injured his ankle and had to go to the ER. After waiting 1 hour on 10/15/24 my car had not been taken in for service. I was told that they were too busy, only had 2 technicians, and they would do it later if I waited. I had been there over an hour withoutmy car beingtouched. I told them that they had already canceled 2 appointments, that I did not trust that they would get it done, and that they had already wasted 2 of my Sundays off. The man behind the desk said that emergencies come up all the time and that they need to reschedule appointments. I told him that I was not willing to waste my one and only day off, Sunday, AGAIN, and that I did not care about him, his excuses or anyone else's; only that they were wasting my time. His analogy of their facility being like a scheduled doctor's office appointment with an emergency did not tie, as this was clearly not a place of urgency and he certainly was no doctor. I told him that I did not trust him enough to waste another Sunday on his half baked promises and that making another appointment did not work for me. He told me that he did not appreciate being called a lier. I told him that in fact, he was one. That by promising yet a third appointment time that probably would not be kept was exactly the definition of a lier. We finally agreed to make the appointment for Friday 10/20/23 at 6:00, but he said that he could not guarantee that I would be taken care of, as they close at 7:00 and would be busy.Firestone, why make appointments that you don't keep? If I got there late, I would have been told, "sorry, your're late for your appointment and I can not take your car in", please reschedule. For that matter, why offer free tire rotations after purchase if you're too busy to keep them?I'm not happy with the run around and will never purchase Firestone tires again. Your "deal" is an offer of free rotations, but they are always too busy to do them. Quite the gimmick...do not recommend.

I have been to many Firestone locations over the years and this crew is really top notch. Thank you to Jason and Brandy for going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. There was an issue caused by faulty work at a previous shop, but Jason took the time (and made many phone calls on my behalf) to get to the bottom of the problem and corrected it to my satisfaction. Fantastic job! Brought my spare tire in to get replaced. Took them 10 mins to complete the job. I was extremely happy with their service. I was also able to apply a coupon that brought the price down.

Took car for an oil change, I watch the whole process asked questions. The price o er the phone was the real price I will be using them for all my car service moving forward. They were honest and didn't try to rob me !!!
