If I could put 0 stars I would , Very unprofessional... you make an appointment and if your on time you'd still wait at least 25 mins after the proposed time . So the purpose of doing that is pointless . There's no price list hung up on the walls , they really just quote you a different price every time , they overly charge for shape , designs and etc . The quality of the nails is terrible , you could show them a picture for reference and you walk out with the complete opposite. Worst experience ever . The cleanliness of this place is very questionable , I won't be returning . I truly don't understand how they could still be in business . The lady Ddee complained and caught an attitude with me when midway of the service I was checking how the nails were coming out & contemplating on whether I wanted them or not ... which goes to show terrible customer service . As a paying customer who doesn't ever complain , I should be able to speak up about what I like and what I don't ... I paid $60 for poorly shaped "square "nails that look like ducks . I won't be returning here , thanks

Very rude and unwelcoming. I walked in asking for a pedicure and was told it’s a long wait come back. When I asked how long the wait would be, the lady yelled at me with an attitude and told me to hold on. Lol never going back there again.

Zero stars. My nail tech aggressively put her hands on me. I had the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Prepping for my engagement I decided I would start getting my nails done again and was so excited! Today I saw Jackie and it was obvious she was rushing. She put the builder gel on so fast there were massive bubbles on my nails that once cured looked like holes in the gel. I asked if we could do anything about them and she said they would be fixed at the end, okay no problem. She over filed one side of the nail so all my nails were literally leaning to one side. I asked if she can file the one side to make them point more center. She would file for a couple seconds and ask if they were better. After about 4 times of this I just said it's fine I'll fix them later. She could not see that they were crooked and I wasn't sure how to keep explaining they were literally pointed to one side. I figured I'll just file them at home and eat the money id be paying for my full gel set. She painted them nothing like the photo I Showed. I just wanted a colored French. The color was uneven and after she tried to fix them multiple times... again... I said it's fine because you could just see every new line of polish she swiped on. Upon completion and top coat you could still see each and every bubble. I said is there any way to fix all the holes and bubbles? She said the top coat made them smooth, they're not bumpy. I said yes that's good but you can still see all of them. She just looked at them and didn't say anything to which I once again said.. you know what, it's fine. This whole time I'm thinking it's fine I'll waste $50-$60 and just fix them the best I can at home. I'm disappointed but I can try my best to make them look nice for my engagement. Then she said $70.. to which I replied wow $70 well then would you at least be able to fix them more? They're still crooked but can you fix the bubbles? She then got angry and said "you said they were fine?? You told me to file them more and that's why they are crooked." And basically blamed me when the side I told her to file still needed to be filed way more for them to compare to the side she overfiled. I tried to calmly explain that the side I told her to file was not the side that had an issue. She did not understand and GRABBED ME by my wrist and pulled my back to the table. Then asked a customer who seemed to be a regular for her if she saw an issue. The girl was very nice and said well it's her preference of how they look so yeah file them? She also seemed confused as to why she was being brought into it. She then said you don't have to pay I'll take them all off and then chopped all the nails off way shorter than my natural nails were and I left with short stubby nails that still have chunks of builder gel on them. Impossible for me to fix at home because I do not have a dremel. They are too chunky from the gel to paint or put false nails from the store on. I'm stuck with them for my engagement. I'm mostly mad about her grabbing my wrist and pulling me back to her table. How rude and unprofessional. Here they are now as I try to remove the rest of the gel that is still there

Actually disgusting went in for a pedicure. Got a lady that didn't puff or barely cut any cuticles, no English and didn't know how to do French manicure. She handed me over to the owner I guess who then polished my toes crouched down ( French pedicure) you can imagine how the fuck it looked. Absolutely disgusting walked out and didn't give neither of them a tip. Never again.

Warning: do not go here! The place is extremely unsanitary just at first glance. Went in the back to get a pedicure and the person was doing mine as well as multiple other pedicures at the same time. The water was unbearably hot to the point where I had burns on my feet. The girl did not cut file or buff cuticles & left my nail in the the shape I walked in with other than taking off the polish. The towels were also so hot to the point where it was unbearable. The polish was done by another person & was chunky, in my cuticles, on my toes and completely messy. I paid $35 dollars basically to dip my feet in lava water and have a poor polish change. I will never ever return.

This salon never made you aware of their pricing and allowed my 10 y/o to make decisions about extra designs on her nails without consulting me first and then charging me for extra designs. Unaware of the price hike between regular nail polish and gel polish. And added art wasn't advised of difference of price. I have a small nail bed due to biting nails and the woman doing my nails called her co workers over to embarrass me about the length of what she had to work with. Then she barely put any nail on my nail bed and they look like black jellybeans on my fingers. After all that I was charged $70 for a full set of tips, gel and gel nail polish, all for a far from adequate result. Only good thing was the pedicure. She took time caring for calluses and removing ingrown toenails. Which I appreciated. I would pay $45 for a $30 pedicure when this is the end result.

Unhygienic, unprofessional, ratty duct tape holds the chairs together. They take walk ins over appointments and they will put you on speakerphone divulging your credit card details- not sure who this place is for
