Four out of five stars for a dollar tree decently stocked, but out of major items, which was a bummer.

This dollar tree store needs more cashiers especially near the holidays. How are you going to have two registers and have long lines. They don’t supply carts or bags anymore which I think is ridiculous. Every store should have bags.

I have been shopping at "The Dollar Tree" chain stores since they were first introduced to the general public. I am still a frequent customer because they offer a wide and eclectic selection of merchandise for a price that is cheap enough to make you feel like a big spender and therefore able to stretch a dollar a lot further. That is especially relevant to people living on fixed incomes or others called, "The Working Class Poor." This means that despite them being gainfully employed; their wages don't align with the increased cost of living expenses. Thus, they still have to be careful not to spend too much ? money. However, there are some people that can definitely afford to shop at high end stores but interestingly enough still choose to shop at this bargain store. That says a lot right there. The obvious reason of going to a Dollar Tree store is that you always know everything in the store costs $1.00 so you don't need to worry about checking any price tags. I must update this information to mention that the price of everything in these stores is currently $1.25 plus taxes. I was not happy about that change but the Dollar Tree stores have great bargains and consumer buying power is still plentiful.Card prices are the exception to their price hikes. Cards for all different occasions remain at a cost of 2 for $1.00. So I like to stock up on them and buy all my cards here. After all, the price is right!I usually buy lots of household items, cards, holiday and special occasion decorations, balloons, gift bags and also some miscellaneous things that I don't necessarily need but I buy it anyway. The employees are friendly and courteous to customers. They sometimes engage in small talk with customers which is nice. The stores are kept up to par meaning they are reasonably clean. One thing that I don't like is the fact that there are less paid employees at the cash registers so this oftentimes means the line builds up and it takes longer to pay for purchases and get out the door. In the stores defense, this seems to be the new normal in many shopping venues such as supermarkets and restaurants. It's especially true due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and ever-rising inflation.I am a lifetime shopper at the Dollar Tree ? stores. I highly recommend this chain store.

My experience here a few months back wasn’t too good. The customer service wasn’t friendly and never once spoke to me, but somehow managed to speak to everyone else. Well these past few days I’ve been in and out due to the thanksgiving holiday. And I will be fair and honest… the customer service has improved 100%. I don’t know if management changes hands but the customer service has been amazing. Everyone that I encountered on my visits were very helpful, overly friendly, and really cared about making sure I found everything that I needed. It’s sad how one bad apple can spoil the bunch, but in this case the good outweighed the bad. I am very pleased.

Just an other 'Dollar Store.' Not a customer. Just walked in to see what they are doing. I prefer more complex shops where I may learn something about the retail business. Dollar stores are as a group successful. But after visiting few I realize they are all.very much the same. Outside of straying from the 'dollar category' I don't,see much innovationRM rates only 3,4,5 star establishments.

DO NOT BUY POKEMON CARDS FROM HERE!!! EMPLOYEES ARE CLEARLY WEIGHING PACKS. Spent over $100 on two different occasions and got no holographic cards. The first time I bought 83 packs for my sons birthday and we got nothing no holographic cards at all. I figured it couldn't happen again but sure enough 45 packs purchased a week later and the same thing happened again to us. Sad it has come to this. Strange how the employee mentioned he was missing one if the big cards in the set when I was making my purchase. It is not right and I hope management does something about this.

I love the dollar tree. They always have what I need, and the selection is amazingly great. Great names for a dollar, you can't beat it.

There are some definite deals here if you take the time to comb through the large inventory. But missing some staple items that would round out the experience, but it's a true dollar store unlike other "dollar" stores.
