I will never use their service department again. I was there for 2 1/2 hours for something that takes about 45 minutes. What's the point of making an appointment if they don't get to working on your car for nearly 2 hours?

Great experience today on my Camry purchase. Michael Pascucci and Dylan were great to work with. I had some non standard requests and both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Michael even picked me up from 45 minutes away to make sure I would be able to get my car. Outstanding service and I highly recommend you buy your car here.

I had an amazing experience buying my new car! I was so nervous, but my salesperson Gabriel made me feel comfortable and listen to. I got the car I wanted and love it. The sales associate, Joseph W, was very personable and knowledgeable about the product available and the process was very smooth…until the end. No one had notified us in advance that it was company policy to only accept certified/cashier’s checks and a max of $2500 on credit card for purchases. Knowing this in advance might have saved us time and stress. Perhaps the sales associates, as the initial points of contact for all customers, can be provided with more in-depth knowledge as to the financial aspect of the business- or customers should meet with finance department associates who can inform customers of these key pieces of info in advance of purchase?

More smoke and mirrors? "Mike G.", who responds to all negative Yelp reviews, doesn't exist. it took a few phone calls and some help from DCH to figure out whom I should call as I was asked to. I finally was connected to a manager who restated the dealer MO of being allowed to excessively mark up used vehicles because they do a "thorough inspection and reconditioning of each vehicle." This truck was spotless and a Chevrolet. DCH is a Toyota dealer. Apples and oranges????

Very friendly and knowledgeable dealership. We never felt pressured and were able to take our time looking at the options and timeline for a vehicle. Once we found specs we wanted, Joshua Johns looked out for us and kept us updated every few weeks on status. We were showed what they had on lot that would be similar and test drive if we wanted. When waiting for specs we wanted, he checked in to make sure we were aware of what might be coming in and gave us a good estimate of when things would arrive. Very nice guy and did a great job explaining the process, paperwork and how to use the vehicle once it arrived too. Relieved we met him when we first walked in looking for a car. Patient guy too.

Wappingers Falls took good care of my dad's dad when he bought his new Sienna. After my grandmother's passing, Grandpappy wanted to start dating again. His hope driving a new minivan would help peak local women's' desires. He's still single and will probably die alone, but he's happy to have enough space in his van for his walker, his scooter, two canes, and a shower seat.

Tell me why they wanted me to give me 400$ a month for 19,000$ car when I was going to put 7,000$ down lol for 72 * thats a 35,000$ car lmfao you joking Also mind you this , the car that wanted was no more vaulted at the price of 3,000$ the ABS light was on. Also it had rust on it.

My husband and I purchased a pickup truck from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota in September of 2022. We worked with Jaime. He recommended we get the nitrogen tires and pulse brakes. We were on the fence, but eventually agreed. A few weeks after we got the car my husband started to lose air in one of the tires. The tires were not inflated with nitrogen. We also also realized the pulse brakes weren't installed. We took a video, sent it to Jaime and he said they would issue us a refund. That was in October 2022. I have reached out several times and keep getting the run around. I once again reached out to Jaime on September 10, 2023 and have not received a response. It has been over a year and we still have not received our refund.

Thank you for taking care of both my wife's, and my truck for service. We appreciate everything also the feedback on letting us know what's going on throughout the service. When I needed a tire, that no other tire place can get, Toyota said it was going to take a couple of days, and they got everything done the next day.

I was in for a rattle in my new 2023 Camry hybrid. Check in process was well organized and pleasant. All of the technicians I spoke with were nice and knowledgeable. They could definitely use more technicians. It took entirely too long to fix the car. 730am to 3 pm. They could also communicate more what is going on with the repair. Another example of needing more staff is I spoke to someone that was there for just an I'll change and it was over 2 hours. I would like the days where you could go in and out for an oil change in no more than 40 minutes. Thank you.

Service personnel are always amazing (Judy was fantastic!) but I think the department gets overbooked and mechanics may be understaffed leading to long wait time, which sucks when you don't live 5 minutes away. Management should re-evaluate this situation & put the customer first. I understand being busy, but getting a video update of my vehicle 'saying everything looks great!' And then have staff tell me at isn't 40 minutes later, well, something is wrong. My guess is your are understaffed with mechanics and overbooking what you feel they should handle. And the loaner was horrible. Filthy, cracked windshield, low tire pressure...really? If a client will need a loaner, put them in a comprable vehicle that's clean and safe. I never bring my vehicle elsewhere for service and I should expect to be treated with the same respect when I came to you with my money to purchase it. That being said, the 3 stars mostly go to the patience and professionalism shown by Judy and the obviously overworked service department. Now-should something unexpectedly 'go wrong' after my video of 'everything looks good!', those stars will definitely be re-evaluated.

I had an incredible experience at DCH Toyota 2 weeks ago. About 5 weeks ago, my wife and I were both shopping for new cars, Patrick approached us both and the car my wife was interested in was gone. I certainly knew that my search for a car would ultimately end up with Patrick. I returned 2 weeks later interested in a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mary was so nice she called in the AM to set my appointment. I was fortunate enough to request Patrick and he was everything I expected him to be. Patient, honest, and knowledgeable. Lastly, Jaime fought for the best deal he could find me and I left that night with the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Kudos to the entire staff. Never felt more comfortable walking out of a dealership. I’ll always recommend this team.
