Ended up dropping the car off the night before using the key drop box which was really convenient due to our busy schedules. Got step by step text updates throughout the process which was nice, and they were able to get it finished in a timely manner. They even swapped the inspection and registration window decals onto the new glass without any issue (other times at other places those would basically be destroyed and illegible). 10/10 would recommend.”

We chose to use Glass America after a bad experience with Safelight.We set a specific time & day for the guy from Safelight to come and he never showed up on the scheduled day.I had to rearranged my busy schedule to accommodate his appointment.That’s very frustrating!I called them the next day to see what happened & their excuse was that they didn’t have a technician ready.I understand things come up.They could've at the very least called to let me know they had to reschedule.It’s always better to over communicate than to under communicate.On the other hand, you guys were courteous, easy to work with & more importantly actually showed up to do the job!
