“Recently, I had a $5k project, and Karen @ the customer service desk helped me through it. Then I had a delivery issue, where the warehouse didn't deliver $1100 worth of materials even though they said they did. Karen again stepped up and helped me. She got me in touch with a manager, Crissy. Crissy ended up getting my money return after reviewing the video footage I had. This manager is awesome!
As for Karen, she deserves a raise/promotion. (I know there are other employees at this store who do a great job, but I can only talk about my interaction.)

“Unfortunately, the flowers I purchased in the garden center, didn't hold up. $200 down the drain. I have mixed feelings about giving this store the fourth star, but in fairness, the Home Depot is one of the only options.”
