This is the second time I have found pest insects on plants from your greenhouse. Last year it was a serious load of aphids. This time the plant had to be tossed due to mealybugs. I will be beyond upset if this spreads to my nursery

We have always had good experiences with shopping at Adam's in Wappinger Falls. We purchase our fruit, and fish there weekly which are both always fresh and tasty. My wife purchased 2 rib eye steaks there for New Years Day at $14.99/ pound and those were by far the WORST steaks we have ever eaten. Honestly, they were truly inedible with grizzle running threw the meat.At that price those steaks should have been far more tender. We will definitely not be purchasing anymore beef from Adam's because the quality just is not there because at that price it should at least be tender and edible.

I enjoy shopping at Adam’s farm in Wappingers today. I saw something disturbing when I went to the buffet style food. I was at the counter wanting some chicken wings. I saw a man come and rub his finger against one of the chicken wings to taste the sauce on it. I was so disgusted! How nasty. I brought it to the attention of the server who asked me who did it. I pointed the man out. He commented but nothing was done. This turned me against their buffet- who knows who put their dirty fingers in the food. I plan to report this to the health department.

I love I can find products I can not find else where in town. They have great meat and cheese selection, as well as organic options. Some organic things are over priced, even higher than in the city but it is what it is!

They no longer carry locally farmed meats, and the produce, never fresh...only local produce that hasn't spent a week on the shelves is good. There is no longer any reason to shop here. The tourists love it because they don't need to rely on it the way the locals do. I drive to the Poughkeepsie store which is better.

First time in 32yrs. My boyfriend has been to this location. Many choices and quality to choose from. A little on the pricey side, but whatever you are looking for, you will find. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating if eating at the fresh serving area located in every store.

We do not get to Middletown often. So we are so very pleased that our trips from Grahamsville will be on a weekly schedule. Your store was a absolute delight, from your staff's knowledge and friendliness, to how organized and clean everything was. Thank you so much for making our trip a pleasure.

watch out wegmans. well, not sure if were going to cross over to that beacon of groceries, but i will say, first time crossing the doorway of AFF, and i am impressed! shame on me for not even understanding the magnitude of this place until it was my last day of travel, however, this place isnt going anywhere, so i will be sure to visit back. ok, so i didnt really see a lot of the store, time crunch, but i did see the candy section and if this was any index for the rest of the store, look out! service was all smiles too! what a great store to shop at, or at the least, to get my sugar on. check out time!

I’ve been shopping at this location since they opened and they Always have the best fresh fruits and vegetables, and greatQuality of meat. Adams is really a one stop shop, either for weeknight dinners or if you’re entertaining and need to buy some specific items for that special occasion. This weekend you could really get a feel of Autumn as they have decorated for the season ??

Wow! 1st time in this store! Its huge!!! with Great selections!:lots of fruits & veggies - organic & regular;meats, fish, seafood choices;in-house bakery, gluten-free items; fair trade brands;an aisle of pickles & olives & vinegars & oils;a large section of local mid-Hudson Valley's Bob's Mills (a favorite!) grains, nut flours, cereals, dried beans/lentils....;an aisle of jams, preserves, & so many homemade by small farms;fresh (made in-store) sushi bar;a huge (!) deli with meats & cheeses fresh-sliced to order;a flower shop, a hothouse of potted plants, a garden center, & picnic tables outside with shady places to plunk and visit and eat; not sure i even saw everything in store,,,?.My Mom would've told us as little kids that we were in a "farm museum" , to keep us from trying to put everything in the shopping cart. I still felt like a little kid & wanted everything that's what I told the ladies at the bakery;"I want one of everything!" as i curtailed myself and asked for just one chocolate-covered eclair. I avoided the ice cream and frozen deserts aisle ?....Perfect place for families!!The staff are all kind, helpful, always happy to answer questions & help find products. Had a great time exploring, shopping, finding bargains, meeting grandkids with grandmoms shopping - they even have shopping carts for the kids! & a variety of cart sizes to choose from, depending on how little or how much you think you're gonna buy.Funny to say it was such a fun experience - since it was shopping! But, There are so Many specialty items, it's just an eye full, and even an aisle with international items, so I was surprised I was easily able to put together a surprise belated birthday basket of Scottish items (cheeses, McVitties, lemon curd, a lavender plant from the hothouse, & more!!) for my younger sister (married to a Scot!), Barbara Laird - Earth & AP Science teacher at Newburgh Free Academy - her 2 daughters graduated Ketcham High (!), who I Just Found Out Is Running for Poughkeepsie Town Board!! Yay, go team Barbie!!I was so happy i could zip to Barbie's after Adams Fairacres, before she got home from teacher meetings (wow - schools starting up again Tuesday?!) & leave her surprise in the shade in her yard, with her 4th grade neighbor boys agreeing to tell her where I left her birthday basket! ???And,,,,, Adams Fairacre Farms is 119 years old & going strong!! It feels like a family-run really big & expanded farm stand. And even though it was very busy, a lot of people - today is Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend - there was never a line to wait for anything. I really really really tried to stick to my shopping list, but,,,, that was nigh on impossible!Besides when I actually shop at farmers markets - which is what I've been doing since March 2020 with today being only the second (!) time I've gone into a grocery-type store since Covid hit - I don't remember being so happy spending money for food. Nice place! (I even found product in there that's named after my older brother Doug and his son!! "Dougie's" ?!!) Even my phone was happy! It snapped 2 photos without me even knowing - see if you can guess which 2 photos the phone decided by itself to snap! ?Hope to see you at Adams Fairacre Farms! Look up! I'll be that 6'6" woman trying to decide between organic Bosc or Bartlett Pears? ??️????♀️

I shop at Adam's in Wappingers for meat. I often get turkey and the bell and evans chicken. I was there last week and I needed a small package of chicken but they were mostly larger packages. I asked the associate to half the package for me as they have done in the past. I waited and saw him separate the package with no gloves, picking up the raw meat with his bare hands. He handed me the package with visible pieces of raw meat on his hands.I did not purchase it and notified the manager. Now I hesitate to purchase meat at Adams. I had never seen this happen before.People need to be aware of food safety

we went at 7:15am on saturday. absolutely a foodie’s happy place!!!many produce items have the name of the local farm they are from. the bakery had semolina bread to rugelach to tiramisu. the kitchen had vegetable knishes to delicious haddock to fried eggplant! so happy to find marinara from michael’s of brooklyn. definitely worth a visit! also, besides all of the culinary delights their employees have most excellent customer service!

Employees at the front registers are not for customer service. I usually check out by the flowers department but this time i did the front, big mistake. Rudest and unwelcomingpeople. I will not go back or recommend them ever again! This is to bad because I liked going to Adam's but now I'll go out of my way to avoid the rudest front cashier Employees ever.

Very clean store ; staff is top notch amd friendly. I came in hungry in the morning as I dropped my car for service across the street. They had plenty of delicious looking hot food @ $9.99/lb. I got a BEC for $5.00. Not a bad price for being in Adams, and it was delicious. Also grabbed a bottle of water for 59 cents - everywhere else gets well over a dollar for them. Two lines open with a lot of people waiting - staff saw this and immediaty got another line open. I love it here at Adams! PS - its 90 amd humid out and they got the AC rockin!
