Giving a great big shout out to Jessica who helped us with our new IPhone 16! She was patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with! We actually went out of our way to use this location because the Verizon near our house in Franklin Sq/West Hempstead was terrible! They told us there would be $130 charge for each phone to set up! Must’ve thought we were idiots! Thank you Jessica, you were awesome 😀

Purchased a new iPhone 15 a few weeks ago. Generally doesn’t work with CarPlay. I went back twice to see if someone could help me pair it, but all that I was told was other people are having the same problem and I’d have to wait for an update from Apple. The salesman looked up a “fix” on the internet and told me to try it, as if I didn’t do that already. Gotta say I’m not happy, I wouldn’t have upgraded to this phone, and other than making a sale the people in this store are fairly useless
