Purchased a new iPhone 15 a few weeks ago. Generally doesn’t work with CarPlay. I went back twice to see if someone could help me pair it, but all that I was told was other people are having the same problem and I’d have to wait for an update from Apple. The salesman looked up a “fix” on the internet and told me to try it, as if I didn’t do that already. Gotta say I’m not happy, I wouldn’t have upgraded to this phone, and other than making a sale the people in this store are fairly useless

My wife and were pretty much decided to go elsewhere for our iPhone service provider. However sitting with Isaac & him being so professional & extremely knowledgeable and the way he presented Verizon services, my wife and I decided Verizon was for us and there was no alternative.
