This older large woman was very mean and rude when I came with my husband and asked a simple question . If you don't appreciate your job you should quit and find a new one lady .

I'm really not hard to please and I really don't expect much but this post office is the worst in America. How do you only have one person working year around especially during the holiday season in such a densely populated area? Town of Hempstead is the largest town in America..... Wantagh post office has one teller. Unreal.

The line at this post office moves fast sometimes. You have a 50/50 chance of having a good experience or bad experience, but they have a parking lot

I ordered a package but by mistake the adress was off by 1 number and was going to be delivered to my neibor I called up the office and informed them and asked them to just deliver it to my correct adress and they said no they would have to send it back to the sender... at that point I told them to just deliver it to the adress I put and I’ll just provide my id to show proof and the women there still said no and they then proceeded to put an alert on the package..... and are now sending it back to the sender, thank you now my son won’t recieve his bday gift on time because of you 2

I've come here a few times and it's always the best post office I've been to. Friendly employees and a short wait, and I've never had any issues with my packages.

Rude rude rude rude rude. No wonder the post office is failing. First I tried calling the post off to see if my package arrived for pickup. After dealing with the attitude from the lady on the phone I went into the post office personally to see if we can resolve the issues just to get nowhere. Stop hiring people that couldn't pass the third grade, work smarter not harder.
