“Fun stuff toys is our go to toy store. Our physical go to toy store I should say. There aren't many toy stores around anymore… I remember growing up we had Toys "R" Us we had KB toys. We had a bunch of different toy options but then again, that was before Amazon… It's nice to bring my son to an actual physical toy store and see him experience the way I used to at Toys "R" Us even my two older kids had Toys "R" Us but now Everybody orders everything off of Amazon or online… But if you want to bring your child to an actual physical toy store, just like what we used to have growing up this would be the place to go! Sure it is a quite a bit smaller than the toy stores we used to have, but again at least there is one physical place you can bring them to strictly designated to toys. The prices obviously are a little bit higher than what you would pay on Amazon for a specific toy, I know because I've done it while in the store and saw a significant difference in pricing… But I feel like you're paying for the experience also, if that even makes sense. It's nice to be able to bring your child and see him or her. Enjoy the toys before you actually purchase them. I would highly recommend fun stuff toys not because of the pricing, because it's significantly higher, but just to watch your children enjoy their shopping experience in an actual toy store. They have a great selection, the store itself is always very clean, and we can spend an hour or two just walking around the store even though it's smaller because of the experience, they will receive while shopping. I love seeing that continuous smile on his face, moving from toy to toy and actually trying them out before the actual purchase. To me, the smile, and the laughter of my child is worth every single penny!”

“My favorite place on Long Island! I grew up in Lindenhurst and it’s so amazing to have a spooky place that would’ve made my teen years infinitely better. This place is so inclusive, welcoming and warm, the community the owner has built is so refreshing to see. Every time I walk in there’s so many new things and I am so happy to see it grow!”

“Bought two canvas and some other things from here. They had a larger selection than the one I went to previously. Really enjoyed painting these and their perfume/beauty selection. They have a very small array of vegan skincare which I was happy they had at all.”

“This was my first time going to build a bear and creating one. Ethan upon entering greeted us and walked us through the whole process and created an experience that’ll I will forever treasure and replay every time I see my build a bear. Five starts isn’t enough for this place the rest of the staff were awesome as we walked throughout the store. I would come back again to go through the whole experience with Ethan.”

“No weekend is complete without a run to 5 Below. It's always for something that's needed like a phone charger cord and then I wind up seeing so many other things that I feel like I must have. This location is usually pretty well stocked and the staff is friendly. Every once in a while they're short handed up front but they seem to make it work. On this trip I got pillows and a throw for my guest bedroom because they were super cute and affordable. I also bought another bookcase/organizer because I used one of theirs for my pop up shop set up and it works really great. Even though some things are more than $5 most of my items were actually $5. If you have a very small child, I'm warning you they have lots of cute toys and a lot of candy especially near the checkout so either prep them before you go in or don't bring them.”

“Stopped in during Easter weekend and was amazed at the inventory this store has. If there’s a line of toys / collectibles you want it’s inside these walls. Owner was very kind and helpful while shopping. Even if you’re not interested in buying something this is an amazing experience just to walk through. “The main reason for this 5 star review is for Wilson who helped me put together a beautiful wedding arrangement of $200. His attention to detail, commitment and communication skills are incredible.Unfortunately, door dash delivery was a complete disaster. The 2 most expensive ballons were already deflated along with 4 other balloons. They wrapped the bags around our lamp post and broke of the tge lamps. He strongly suggest to pick up your Ballon arrangements.”

“What an awesome toy store! I was visiting family in Long Island for a few days when my aunt and I went shopping for Christmas. There was a great variety of options and all of the employees were so lovely, especially Morgan! She helped my aunt and I figure out what to get my siblings and cousins for Christmas and she was very fun to talk to. There hasn’t been a toy store in person that I’ve seen in a while like this one and I recommend to anyone in the area for sure.”

“Don't be fooled by the seemingly small storefront - this toy store has so much selection inside and so neatly organized. My kids and I were warmly greeted upon entering and offered help. Staff were all so friendly and kind. Great place to buy gifts for kids' birthday parties. I especially loved that they carry Usborne activity books!”

“I went to the place and was greeted very nicely and I was looking for an exchange of a game because the GameStop I got my game from gave me a broken disc case. Even though he just couldn’t exchange it. He gave me the right cover case with the art work very politely and I was really happy. Everything also is in place and there are a ton of games. “Visited to get my son's 1st birthday bear and it was such a joyful experience! Based on some past reviews, I went having low expectations but the staff was so wonderful—especially Bee who was the main person who helped us stuff our boy's bear. There was another family who was there for their child's first birthday bear as well and the staff did a little shop announcement for both the kids which was very wholesome and sweet. They were also kind enough to help us take some pictures afterwards as well. We went for the bear, but of course couldn't leave without splurging for extra outfits! This was my first time ever at a BAB so I was pleasantly surprised, funto browse and a great experience.”

“Heard about this store from the LI Teachers group on FB. Greatest little find. Store has teacher supplies throughout but most of it is concentrated in the back. The woman at the register is extremely helpful. If you can’t find something, just ask her, she will let you know if they have any more in the back or if the are ordering more supplies. They also laminate anything you buy for free. Plus teachers get a 15% discount. Great store and customer service.”

“A wild and dangerous store in a good way! This store has an abundance of unique sugar options, items ive never seen before.it's definitely easy to get carried away. Overall it was fun experience but a lot of the exposed gummies that you grab and go are extremely old and hard. I'm not sure how often they clean it out but they need to start doing that more often.”
