We had had an excellent purchasing experience at Sun Buick GMC. Our sales reps Matthew and Justin were professional, courteous and worked hard to complete the sale. Kevin the general manager also took time to make sure our purchase was going smoothly. I highly recommended both the dealership and these two gentleman, if you are considering either a GMC or a Buick.

Truly the best dealership experience both my wife and I ever had. Came in shopping and leased a 2024 Buick Encore GX Avenir. Our salesman Tony Smith was amazing and Kevin the GM was super friendly! They never pressured us at all, gave us every rebate available and treated us with respect. Tony showed us every feature of the vehicle before leaving. Definitely will be a Sun customer going forward. Highly recommend this 5 star dealership where they truly treat you like family!!!

I purchased a 2024 GMC Acadia from SUN Buick GMC, assisted by Matthew Sabia, salesman. Matthew was able to get me the vehicle I wanted on short notice and made the sales experience very easy. He also gave me a thorough introduction to the Acadia and all its features, plus offered to help with any technical matters while I am getting used to all the tech.

I called to reconfirm an appointment made through Buick Customer Assistance Center for a safety recall on a 2014 Buick purchased through same dealer. Karen said their service department isn't doing any recalls, says they're too busy. When I asked if it could be done possibly next month or later, the response was they don't know when. She never asked for VIN # and therefore didn't even know what the recall was for. Imo this is terrible customer service and if buying a new car from here, please be aware. Arnold Chevrolet in West Babylon, however was happy to help and said this is the first one they will be doing for this particular recall and has ordered the parts. Wow! That's the customer service above & beyond. Go here instead!

This may seem a little weird, but I stopped here to get a little help. My cell phone died while I was using my GPS to find my in-law's home. I went in, explained my predicament and I have never felt a warmer welcome. They let me charge my phone, set up the Keurig to offer me coffee and cookies. Two of the nicest guys made me feel so welcome. Until they found out that I was a Red Sox fan. Oh no! Just kidding, but we did joust a bit. If I needed a car and lived in New York, this is the place I would head for. I can't say enough about them. Thanks guys, John

I went to Sun Buick, Wantagh NY to inquire about the 2024 Envista. I was greeted by Matt Fierst who began to explain the various features of the car and answered any questions I had. We went for a test drive and he showed me how the car options worked. I was very pleased with Matt's professionalism and courtesy. I was also pleased and impressed there was no pressure and "what can I do to make you buy this car today" talk. He showed me the costs and how the price was broken down and gave me the bottom line with no hidden costs involved. When I returned to purchase the Envista, he took care of all the necessary paperwork, even contacting my insurance agent for me. When I went to pick up the car, he explained and set up the various options I selected. After using the car for about two weeks, I called Matt to ask if I could come in and answer some questions I had about some of the controls and settings. He was more than happy to do so. I would definitely recommend Matt Fierst and Sun Buick to anyone looking to buy a car.

The sales team are friendly and professional. The service department are the best barr none. Especially James Fradella he is the "Dean" of automotive advisors. You will not find a more knowledgeable and professional service advisor. My friend Tim is no longer there, but the young man who replaced him is just as professional and knowledgeable.

I needed a truck and sun is the place to go. The salesman’s and staff are all professional. And make the car buying process easier
