I used to really love & trust this place, but will no longer be coming back. On 4/22/23 I came into the store to buy a disposable, thought it was a bit overpriced (compared to what I pay at other shops) but still purchased it anyways.On many disposables, there's a QR code you can scan to make sure you're getting a real product, and not one of the fakes that seem to be everywhere. After he handed me my debit card back, I began to scratch the code off with my nail & there was nothing underneath. The cashier noticed this, and immediately and anxiously offered to "open the box for me and he'll throw it out". It wasn't out of kindness - he was panicking.Needless to say, the product was fake. I really used to love this place, but now I'm just sketched out.

If I could give 0 stars I would and very confused why anyone would give this shop a good review! I know my prices and they ripped me off once and decided to give them another chance and told them what they prices are in mostly ALL other places and they still wanted to argue with me I am wrong.. I will NEVER go back and they should be reported because they sell to young minors !

If I could give - stars I would! They not only rip you off but from my experience serve very young minors ! I only went in the 3 times because it is very convenient to me! Charged me over $9 more for a product I get som much cheaper. First time I didn't know, 2nd time he said I was wrong and stupid and lying that I could get cheaper.. when I went on n the last time and showed him receipts he again called me a lier! I gave him the chance to be an honest establishment but they are horrible! I will making the extra 5 min drive to get honest, respectful service

Worst experience ever. Do not go give them your business. I asked the guy to return a vape that was never used or open. He told be they don't do that and it's on the receipt and the website. I wen to check both it said absolutely nothing about not accepting returns. I spoke to the guy there today he said he can't help me and there's nothing he can do about it. Very rude. Do not waste your money there. Go to crown vape right up the road. They are much more helpful.

Found this place by mistake, was going to a friends house and my vape died so i went in and the guy was super friendly, nice, & answered all of my ridiculous questions with a smile, i won't go anywhere else to buy pods or vapes.

Best prices and best service. I found this place on google and stopped for picking up Juul pods. They actually have the best prices on all of their vapes. Also picked up a few cigars for my husband from their huge collection and walk in humidor. This is like a one stop shop for everything. Vapes, CBD, kratom, cigars and some nice glass with best prices. I Love this store and glad I found it.

They have such a wide variety of liquids, pods, Keaton CBD and more. Always so helpful, they have the clover App so I am always saving money and getting special deals. The owners are so nice and hands on with the store. This is the only vape store I go.

I finally found my regular shop. I’ve been trying different smoke and vape shops for years and this one is the best. Prices are hands down the best and the staff is extremely helpful. Sticky Fingers has a great selection of everything but if they don’t have it, the owner said he would order it and have it in stock in 2 days. So I asked and he did. On top of that he gave me the best price for it. I highly recommend this store.

Excellent staff very friendly very helpful perfect deals I recommend them to any body in the vape community owner is very nice caring and patient with people good prices very large selection of Vapes pipes and all tobacco products I recommend them heavy they got me going every week for there large selection of juices I been vaping for over 4 years and they actually know what there doing I give them 5 stars for there customer service and just a good all around store one of the best stores on Long Island next to East meadow vapor smoke 2 of the best stores I ever went to keep up the good business sticky fingers I'll keep u on my list for best vape stores on Long Island

Rude manager. I find this place to be lacking in not only customer service but selection. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. In a world with millions of vape shops no one has to be treated with disrespect by some old man.

Great shop I found because I work nearby. Vape stores and availability of product has increased so much that customer service matters in a way it didn't a few years ago. This place has great service. Seriously. Always welcoming and always informing you of deals and loyalty program benefits. And personable. That matters more than the product availability, to me.
