“The people here are great, especially Vinny! Went in yesterday with my young daughter who was unfortunately having a tough time and emotional unless I was holding her. Vinny was beyond patient as I was helping her calm down and helped me get the pair of shoes I wanted and was smiling and friendly the whole time. Haven’t had as good of an experience from a salesman in a store in a long, long time. (He did beat me today in a half marathon though so minus 5% haha)”

“I needed to purchase boots that are railroad compliant for the LIRR and the associates in the store were amazing and super helpful. They were very patient with me and helped me try on several different kinds and answered all my questions about the requirements. I ended up purchasing a pair of boots off the recommendation of one of the associates and I love them, super good quality and sturdy. Superb customer service. This location also has more variety and better options than other locations. I will definitely return to this specific location due to the customer service even though its a little further away from me than other Red Wing stores.”
“Mark is the Best !!! I had a wonderful experience at this store. As a mom with a child with special needs life overwhelming with each new finding and each new piece of equipment. My daughter received her first pair of AFOs and I was in a desperate search to find a shoe that fit over them. After going to what felt like 100 stores, I stopped in at new balance. Mark knew exactly what I needed. He seem to have a lot of experience with AFOs. He also gave me some suggestions on how to make the AFO fit better and even provide a diagram for the maker. He made me feel at ease. This is a new journey for me. The new balance 990s work perfect for AFOs. I just have one little suggestion the store should offer a few more colors on that style . They only had gray. Thanks again I will be back.”

“This place is unique ! The owner takes personal care with focus on your body type, to make you look amazing ! Will not sell something that does not compliment you. I personally experienced this with Rosa. She dressed me for my Italy Vacation which I got complimented on every single time I had on her clothes. She is my new personal stylist.

“Recently bought my kids new sneakers and sandals for the season. Very professional and kind service. The real kids shoe store experience, where you get a lollipop at the end and walk out in your new shiny shoes. Turns out I thought my kids’ feet were a whole size smaller than they were!! So glad I stopped in here. The salesmen was also very honest and when I wanted to buy sandals for my son, he told me that the ones my older daughter was wearing that day could be passed down to him!
We walked out with great fitting Nike sneakers for both, fantastic SOFT (no ouchies!) Italian sandals for my daughter.

“10/10 would recommend! I came in looking for a new pair of work boots as my old ones weren’t cutting it, a few of my coworkers recommended the brand to me and so I decided to check them out and I can honestly say they did not disappoint!
Steve is amazing! The true definition of great customer service, he listened to my concerns and addressed them with no issues, he took me through the full process of scanning my feet, helping choose the right boot, the right insoles, showed me how to care/maintain my boots, even how to tie them properly for a more secure fit and comfort! It was truly an experience! Steve really cares and believes in the product he’s giving you, he doesn’t just sell you a shoes because it’s his job. These boots have really improved how my feet feel after a 10 hour minimum work day! He really is amazing! Steve and Red wing now have a customer for life!”
