What a Great And effortless experience. Went in on a Saturday drive off on a Monday. Sales staff was great and the financing Manager was and the dealership manager was great no pressure from anyone like at other places. I would highly recommend Merrick Dodge.

We lease a Dodge Ram from here. Something went wrong with the rear of the truck and they have had it for 2 weeks without anything being done. We had to call after the initial 3 days to find out what was happening. They are not responsive to their customers. To top it off they guarantee loaner vehicles yet have none to offer we have been waiting 2 weeks for a loaner and we are told there are people on the list that have been waiting “a lot longer than you”. This is ludicrous for a dealership. Yet I was advised to make my lease payment. We now have to rent a car from enterprise out of pocket 2000 now and customer service could care less. I’m having to call everyday to follow up. They are short and rude and tell me “well we can’t give you what we don’t have. So we will call you when a car comes in”. They promised a manager would contact us 2x and no one has called us. This company does not care for their customers.

I would give negative stars bought a jeep a year ago first they screwed up my mailing address never sent billing info the they lost me jeep for a day on my oil change 6 months in my navigation screen broke charged 200 to fix then on my first in section which was free charged 2400 for a new brake system after having the car for year but told me I shouldn't have to get done for an other 3 years which means the never inspected the car before the sold it to me it was new to used with 30 miles on it was 2 years old at the time

I have a 2017 Dodge Journey in need of service and I was told if I had it towed it will be rejected because I did not purchase the vehicle there This is a ridiculous policy and I will make sure I will not buy my next car there and I will post this all over social media as to my experience And I will make sure anyone ask me for a recommendation for a dealer it will not be you guys If I knew of this policy when I just purchased my daughters car a few months ago I would of never bought the car there

Purchased my truck on March 22, 2019. It has been in there garage more than mine. Customer Service should not self serve. Right now my truck has been there for 3 months and if I do not call to get a status update I do not get one at all. The latest update after 3 weeks (I was away on vacation and brought a child to school) is that there is no change. This has truly been the worst experience I have had of an company taking care of it's customers. I am now going to start pursuing legal action.
