I ordered scrubs from this company. 3 tops and 3 pants. When I purchased the scrubs the brand I had purchased was Cherokee. When I received the call my scrubs were ready for pick up I went and picked up the scrubs.I found out that night that I did NOT have scrub pants in the bag that was handed to me. The scrub tops were NOT the right brand and were ordered for women and not men.Returned to the store today and got refunded. I now have to scramble to find appropriate scrubs since I wrongly relied on this company providing reliable service. Will inform my other coworkers to avoid purchasing scrubs from here.

I ordered custom team shirts and had the best customer service possible. Not only did I get notifications of when the order was completed, which I didn't expect and found to be extremely helpful, but it was completed ON TIME. Not to mention that the quality is 10/10. I highly recommend this family owned business.

Absolutely horrible. Placed my custom order and was told it would take 5 days to complete which was okay with me. 7 days pass, didn't get any calls from them so I went in, they said they called me twice but that is completely false. They blamed it on me for not answering the phone. They said they didn't receive the picture I wanted, but they showed me the picture on their screen when I was there to make sure they got it, and they did. But they say that they didn't, even though I saw it right in front of me. I'm now 2 weeks, went there again, said there was a problem and tried calling me twice. Again, did not get any calls from them, and we double checked my number and it was the correct number. They just decided to lie to me again. And now this is attempt number 3. I'll update this response with our next interaction.
