I had such a positive experience at Island Acura. Shout out to Rocky & Matt for being extremely helpful and assisting me with the car of my dreams. Shout out to Joe the finance guy who was great too. They're awesome and I highly recommend! I went to a lot of dealerships that were trying to swindle me into buying cars that were not worth the price. Some car sales people are just a little creepy to me and too pushy. This wasn't the case here. I felt comfortable and didn't feel like they were in it just for the commission. I even spoke with my accountant to help me out on the finances. The deal I got was quite awesome and I honestly couldn't be happier. Thank you again!

Shady work is being done here. Picked up my vehicle after service and found out later that Island Acura created a repair order on a date of service which my car was not serviced claiming a battery replacement. Had I not checked the service record history under Honda's website I would have never known of this PO.
This repair order was charged through my vehicle service contract warranty. The repair order states that "Customer states battery had to be jumped.." while Island Acura claims that they tested the battery as standard of practice after a HUD replacement. Neither one of these is true. This is fraudulent and will be investigated by the provider of my vehicle service contract.
The copy and pasted replies from Island Acura here reflect the experience you'll receive. It's as much of a joke as the reply back at "location-email" you see in the reviews below. Avoid at all costs.

The vehicle was brought in for service in September 2022 for service on the rims, and I asked Joe to address an issue I was having with the speakers. The other issue was a persistent crackling sound from the car speakers. The car was picked up; however, within a couple of weeks, the Ticking sound was back; luckily, within the same week, I received a text message from Island Acura to follow up on their service, where I communicated that the speaker issue was not fixed. I have yet to receive a response to my feedback in October.
On March 20, I made an appointment in an attempt to have the issue addressed. When making my appointment, I communicated it was a recurring issue and provided as much information as possible to make the process seamless. The receptionist should have anticipated needing a rental or communicated that a ride should be arranged. Upon arrival at the dealership was greeted by Joey Robinson, and after re-explaining my issue, I was told I could wait all day, and the car could "maybe" be done or just come back another day when a service appointment and rental appointment were arranged for prior. Although unsatisfied with the outcome because I took a day off to bring my car in for service, an appointment was made for Saturday. During this conversation, I made it a point to communicate to Joey how challenging it is for me to get to the dealership due to the busy nature of my job. I received a call On Friday afternoon from the service department, confirming my appointment. I then received another call at the end of the day on Friday around 6 pm from Joey, informing me that there weren't any rentals available and that he would follow up with me in the morning. When I contacted the dealership the next morning, Joey informed me after doing his research the night before; it was discovered that the service appointment (that was scheduled five days earlier, on Monday) would be delayed another five days either way as the parts needed would not be available until Wednesday. This interaction left me feeling frustrated. I requested to speak with the manager to speak with manager to which I was told it wasn’t necessary. I insisted to speak with a manager and was informed I would get a call on Monday.

The problem was diagnosed and covered under warrantee. Jose kept me informed every step of the way. Car was ready a day sooner than expected. I highly recommend Island Acura.

Buying my first Acura car was pleasant and STRESSLESS. The staff at Island Acura was caring, professional and especially the salesman joe was NOT pressuring and very knowledgeable.
