Whoever you have driving a delivery truck in Massapequa on Forest Avenue today 4/12 around 4:15 almost killed people n the road. He blew every stop sign and almost hit my car if I hadn’t swerved. Maybe don’t have losers work for you.

I must say Alex the seafood depth manager has sincerely has gone above and beyond when I asked him for some tuna and a specialty order was place just for me when I saw the 1plus hard to get tuna Alex knows how to deliver it was a work of art ? and at an entire different level of deliciousness ? Alex your amazing ? and a true rock star at your job thank you for all that you do and the extreme knowledge of seafood your one in a million !!

They make the best italian & semolina bread & rolls! The deli department is unbelievable too. The Meats, Fruits & Vegetables are always fresh. Friendly staff as well.

I have been going to Iavarone for years, mostly for the fish and produce. I have always appreciated the high quality of food. I recently went there after buying some swordfish which we found to be hard and rubbery. It wasnt spoiled, but just wasn't up to their usual high standards. We were having guests, so we ate it. Being dissapointed, I went to Iavarone the next day to let them know. I brought in the bag with the label . I explained that I come there frequently. I was acutally quite disappointed and suprised when they told me there was nothing they could do without the fish, expect to let the fish department know. I will probably go there again, but thought this was a very poor example of customer service.

Best ravioli around by far and the best marina and tomato sauce it's like addictive. The beef stew is so good, ready made chicken cutlets are amazing too just everything....

I lived in Maspeth Queens growing up and my mom only shopped at Ivarone!! I was so happy when they opened in Wantagh!! The best Italian store on Long Island!! Nothing compares!!!

Rude people, especially upper management when they should be setting the standard. Guy in the meat dept. talks to customers like if they are bothering him. Also wife gets something to eat ask for a fork was told to pick one up at customer service .heads over to customer service multiple people just yapping to one another while she waits. Even one of the suits walks in between her and the shopping cart shes holding as he exits the customer service area. Hey how about someone say hello may I help you. What a Garbage place of business don't waste your money or think you will be treated like a customer. Highly recommend the one and only Iavarone Bros.
