I do not like self checkouts so waited almost 5 minutes for worker he was playing with his phone while ringing me up forgetting some items. Then says thank you with like 20 items needed to be bagged. I asked can I have a bag. He proceeds to give me a bag to pack myself. Then the bag breaks and Everything falls on floor and he just watches me and another customer on line pick it up. Omg ! It was pathetic

I hate leaving negative reviews, but hopefully, corporate will see this and educate their pharmacy techs about what HIPAA is. Every time I use the drive-through, the techs use the speakerphone instead of coming up to the window. It's a very busy shopping center. Anyone close by can hear your personal identification information as well as prescription information. I addressed this with one of the techs, and she was very snotty about it. This has got to change. They are violating HIPAA.
On a more positive note, the pharmacists are excellent. The staff is reasonably accomodating, and if you shop online, they will fill the order as opposed to other locations where they won't even though the item is in stock. It's ridiculous, but that happens a lot.
Note to corporate: I have over 78 million views of my reviews. If you take this seriously and educate your techs, I will change my review and give this store a higher rank. Hopefully, this will get your attention because your customer service did not take it seriously. Thank you!

Very nice by CVS standards. Definitely not the usual mess. Carpet decently clean, shelves decently full. An actual cashier is available at the front checkout. Lots of items are locked up, but not the beer. Enter from the front or back. The Merrick Avenue side has all its windows painted or shaded over so you can not see what is going on inside, which security wise it not a comfortable feeling. Enter at your own risk, I guess.

This pharmacy location is my go-to. They always have what I need in stock. The app is a wonderful resource for coupons and discounts. The pharmacy staff is amazing and so kind, especially Ann, the pharmacist, and Angelica, whom I believe is a tech, who know me by name. I will keep utilizing this pharmacy. They are so helpful.

I ran into this CVS in a panic on my way to a wedding because my dress was literally falling down in front… Thank goodness Jennifer was working today and saved the day! She not only helped me find a sewing kit with safety pins in it, she actually stopped and helped me pin and fix my dress! I left there so grateful for her help, her kindness and for going the extra mile for me… I’m fortunate that Jennifer was working and for sure CVS is fortunate to have Jennifer there and representing their brand! She is truly amazing!

I have a sick son at home. I run out to CVS to get him some cough syrup. Listing online AND on the door has the store open until 10 pm. I get out of the car at 929 pm and the doors are locked and closed for the night. INEXCUSABLE
