Im a loyal patron of this bank for over 40 years. I have never seen such bad customer service as this year I was just hung up on by a person it took me hours and numerous calls to to get ahold of ! In lFebruary of 2022 they ruined my zelle account tied to my small business and they keep insisting it's fixed but it's not.they will not take my calls or fix this. Back then a rep from who knows where reset my Zelle in an effort to fix with out even asking! It reset all my limits & didnt fix the account anyway! I will be moving my money canceling all accounts as soon as I have time to change it over! Most of the actual banks have also closed. And given people free access to ATM's which they Dont own & dont take deposits. What is someone supposed to do if they have cash to deposit?

Two months ago our daughter was the victim of a cyber attack, her banking information was exposed and these criminals were able to take her savings. Citibank did absolutely nothing to secure her money. They are blaming our daughter for not securing her information. I blame Citibank for not protecting a large sum of money from being taken. It is sad how they are making our daughter the criminal in this case. The actual criminal got away and all we are left with is sadness and despair. We were loyal customers of Citibank for over 30 years. At this point we are in the process of taking our money to a more secure bank. So afraid of this ever happening again.

We are in the process of removing our money from this bank after my daughter was the victim of a cyber crime and the bank is refusing to return her stolen money. $26,000 in total! The manager at this branch, Jennifer Wilson, is aware of our situation. Yet, when my wife and I walked in last week to remove out items from our vault, she saw us and dashed to her office because she does not want to be bothered. Be advised...your money is not safe at Citibank and this branch is awful.

When you walk into a bank to withdraw more than the ATM can give you but are told that the only teller is out to lunch. What a way to serve your customers. Citibank is the worst!!

I went to get change this afternoon and the teller that helped me was so rude and unfriendly!! First of all she took her time to call me up, there were 2 tellers the other was helping a customer n this 1 was just looking around n after a few min she called me over, 2nd she had such a miserable puss on her face and attitude in her voice 3rd she basically tossed the money under the glass n gives 1 small envelope so I asked for another 1 she got pissed n tossed that as well. Such customer service...never again.
