Had to wait on line a very long time, only 2 tellers on a Friday afternoon. One teller is working with one customer for 20 minutes, the other teller is counting money. The manager gives credence to the saying the fish stinks from the head.

Walked in this morning and Nate greeted us immediately, then invited us into his office. He was patient, engaging and guided us through the answers to our every question. Terrific banking experience.

I normally appreciate tedious and attention to detail behavior but this branch does it in the most inefficient way. I don’t know why I still bank here but I think that will be changing soon
