Can I give this store 0 stars?! Marty is the rudest clerk/ manager. So much so that if I have to stop at this store rather than my home store of North Babylon on the way to a job I absolutely dread it. He looks at you above his glasses, is codescending, asks if he can help you and repeats what you say while licking his fingers and flipping pages of his inventory. He is always too unfit to get off his chair and help. I tried to get another clerk but he happened to address me when I came in and then tried to make me feel stupid for what I ordered like I had no idea what I was talking about. Meanwhile I have been a decorative painter for 24 years straight. I hate this store and this happens every time I go in. Sometimes by the other clerks too but Marty is the worst!

They don’t keep enough in stock. Told me they only have one bottle of Xylene cause they don’t sell it a lot

TERRIBLE customer service. The one man in the front with the brown hair and mask is extremely rude and not helpful. Answers questions with an attitude when you are only looking for help. I called to confirm the painting process and he said “why would you ever do that paint first is the real question” with a condescending attitude. I clarified and said I have never had a problem but I am asking for help and I still received such an attitude and then I said okay never mind and he hung up on me. I will be avoiding this store at all costs. Extremely disappointed - many friends and family members agreed about this man once I shared my story. Unacceptable.

It's a good place for the best paints. Everyone there is nice enough. But they are very slow. When you shop here pack you patience.

I decided as I walked out of this store to NEVER return. They should lose their big attitudes and sometimes sarcastic abrasive remarks to customers, as they think they're funny. I guess as they're sitting around all day pondering what they could've done in life they come up with their witty little silly lines. You chose to work in a paint store not me. Shaking my head. I've also needed to purchase additional paint but same color as previous order which was then mixed improperly causing a different shade. When confronted of course every lame excuse under the sun. Unhappy workers and apparently unable to properly mix paint. My simple advice, Burger King is hiring!

Amazing customer service! Had an old can of paint and needed to do some touch-ups but didn't remember the name. They remixed the old paint and strained it, all completely free of charge, so I was able to use the paint I had.
