Amazing customer service! Had an old can of paint and needed to do some touch-ups but didn't remember the name. They remixed the old paint and strained it, all completely free of charge, so I was able to use the paint I had.

This store is convenient and BJ paints are great. But, it seems friendlier to professional contractors, not woman who wants to paint one room. One employee was very nice and attentive. But, the employee sitting behind the counter was dismissive and seemed determined not to help me.
