Been living here just under a year. Quiet complex, neighbors are friendly. Any maintenance issues I've had, have been fixed in a timely manner. I can't speak for the old property management but the management running the complex now is doing a great job. Compared to a lot of other complexes the price isn't bad either.

Love Degeorge properties!! Their newly renovated units are clean, modernized and inviting! Property manager Traci is extremely responsive and professional, and makes me feel welcomed! Maintenance is also excellent, they do a great job!Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Buildings are infested with tiny black ants. Very little counter space in kitchen, no ventilation for stove. Poor plumbing. Slow drains. Toilet gets clogged every other day even if I don't flush anything. Rarely any hot water when you need it, takes 20 minutes to get it. Pipes leak. Landlord procrastinates about taking care of any issues tenants need fixing. Gives no notice when she is going to have major work done on the building. In last two years, she has jacked the rent up a total of $80. Location is not close to anything. Smokers have to stay 30 feet away from the building to smoke. Automatic $300 taken from your security deposit for "cleaning fees" and they don't always even paint or shampoo the rugs before new tenants move in. Huge fees for pets. Plenty of parking though. I have seen worse, but not for the price.**Edit....new management has taken over. Very little has changed for the better, hot water issue is improved. Still cannot get outside lights fixed. Its been over a year. Oh yeah, and the washing machine always stinks.***update..Outside lights were fixed shortly after my last edit. New management has raised the rent twice now for a total $100 increase in just a little over a year, could be worse I suppose. They now "mandate" that we hang an ID card in our windshield to prove we have a right to park in our own spaces. New Laundry though...No more stinky machine so far. Also a New Tops was put in just a few miles up the road. So it's close to something now. No one really enforces the 30 foot rule...it's just a silly NY state "law". So forget I made a stink about that, saw the sign in the foyer and I got triggered. I don't even smoke. All the cigarette butt pots right outside the outer doors are completely disintegrating though...not even exaggerating. Oh yeah, new dumpster. It's real nice. Swanky.

I’ve been here for a little over a year. Moved from another Degeorge property to Walworth Garden Apts. When I tell you they have been good to me they truly have. God opened doors for me to move here after going through a scary divorce. They were kind enough to get me in here at the end of my lease with no wait!!! Praise God. I have quiet neighbors which is perfect due to my odd work schedule at times! Beautiful country setting!! Maintenance crew very kind as well!
