“I first went here for an emergency for my brother's dog. It was many years ago, but I called, and they got us right in. When I obtained my cat that I have now, I called them and explained that I would love to have them take care of her. They got me in, took perfect care of my kitten, and now they actually help more than I ever expected. They are absolutely awesome. I love all of the personal, kind, warm attention that they give to her during what she is going through. Absolutely awesome, awesome, awesome. Thank you for being there and taking care of her for me. “My 5 year old Rottie has been doing weekly PT in preparation for knee surgery. From reception, to doctors, to all the techs, Theravet has been a great experience. My dogs are my family and I feel that we are in very good hands with this team supporting us. My only opinion for improvement is name tags ? I can't remember names for the life of me and I always forget who we are working with as it does change with every appointment. But that's a me thing. I highly recommend this location for physical therapy. We have not yet used other services offered.”

“First time visit and was not disappointed! They got me in within 24 hours of calling and even gave me step by step directions over the phone when I got lost on the way. The technicians were all wonderful and attentive to my dog. They received her blood test results back while I was still in office! Gave me referrals for spays that were not only top of the line, but also affordable. Absolutely loved Dr. Nealey and she answered every one of my questions and put me at ease regarding our new dog. Highly recommend. We will be switching all our animals to her care.”

“Our little Shitzu/Yorkie came down with a pretty ugly stomach issue last Sunday. We tried to nurse her as best we could, no food...etc. By Tuesday she was clearly needing to see her Vet. Called the office as soon as they opened and within an hour we were sitting in the office. Dr Hines is usually our regular but he was enjoying a day off. We met Dr Luba Drouin....what a wonderful, caring and loving women. She loved on my Holly, cuddled her, hugged her and took total control. Bloodwork, exrays, an over nite stay and plenty of love got our girl on the road to recovery. Upon picking her up the next day, she was discharged with a page of instructions with Dr Drouin bringing her out personally to me in the waiting room. The girls behind the desk are awesome, special shout out to Karen, as well as the techs behind the scenes. They called the next day to see how she was and told me to never hesitate to call, no matter how silly my question might seem to me. I Love you all...thank you. God bless.”
