Windshield 5 stars, don't buy wipers from them mine flew off the car. They are not paying attention

My first experience with these fellas I thought was wonderful. But then I went back because I did not like the wipers, no questions asked, grabbed a new set came right out and put them on for me. Within a matter of minutes. The chip that they had repaired, is still holding strong, but told me to make sure I keep an eye on it. I do recommend them, fast, friendly, courteous, and also very charming. Respectfully saying you guys are great.

4 appointments. Still no glass. Worst customer service experience. Avoid at all costs.Appt 1- canceled morning of after I rearranged my day so I would be available.Appt 2- drop off appt. I was 30 mins late. They said it would be done before close of business . Online said 5pm close. Store said 12. Would have been nice to know.Appt 3- called and said on the way. 2 hours later, I called them. Had to reschedule again.Appt 4- I asked if we do an appointment 12-5 if they could do it closer to noon so that I could leave work. 330 PM no tech had arrived.Everyone here is rude and does not care about customer service.Ended up canceling entirely and going to glass America.

First off I needed my car inspected by the end of the month and safelite scheduled to come to my house to replace windshield. We'll the guy gets here at 345 when we only have about a hour of daylight left. 5 mins after he gets here says he can't do it because he is unable to loosen my windshield wipers bc supposedly he doesn't have the tools bc it is fused to the transmission. So I then have to wait the following week since this was a Friday to go back to mechanic and pay $32 to have them loosen the wiper which took him 5 mins. So saflite originally had offered to replace my windshield, well how would they have if they can't even remove the wipers???? Then I get the wipers removed and reschedule for them to come back to to comemy same house to fix the windshield. Well they tell me the wrong date and calling my parents even though I told them multiple times to call me since I do not live with my parents. Why is it so difficult to do your jobs. I even asked the guy named Wayned 4 times to make sure they called my number and not my parents

Very professional. Shop is beautiful. Replaced windshield on my Lexus. Amazing! This is our second time different vehicle. They worked great with insurance company. Text messages with reminder of appt and status while vehicle was worked on. Great people. Highly recommend. 5 star service.
