The staff is always outside on smoke break. Out of essentials often, the person who does the ordering doesnt have a clue despite numerous complaints.

The cashiers on evening are ALWAYS miserable. Like, barely speak to you miserable. Pepsi's are always flat and that pretty much sums it up folks.
