Worst company ever. Charged me $6.05 a gallon for propane.the New York State average price is $3.00Last year they forced their truck in to make a delivery. they ended up breaking the pavers on in front of my house.

Constantly change terms of service. If you are interested in purchasing propane based on your use do not go with suburbane. They essentially just deliver propane on their schedule and randomly bill you. Customer service is poor and often just cite their ever changing terms of service and billing processes.

Avoid !!! New delivery guy broke line and said nothing, resulting in 100 gallon oil spill. Suburban cried innocent and actually sent me a bill for having issue discovered. Ongoing nightmare.
