High recommend!! Very nice people!
Fred’s body shop was so nice and so much help through the process of my car getting totaled.
Before knowing it was a total loss they detailed the whole interior of the car.
After learning it was a total loss Fred helped with every step of the insurance process. Fred always answer the phone and answered any question I had.

Can't speak for there other services but what ever you do, never call them for their tow service. They charged me $300 to drive 9 miles to pull my small car out of a small ditch. Then refused to let me have a friend come from a mile away to tow the car home. So they charged me another $300 to tow it back to their shop. It cost me $600 to get my car back. I called around the area and I could of paid half of the cost to have a tow service come way from Binghamton, which is a 45 minute drive, compared to a 10 minute drive. If you call them for a tow be prepared to pay a pretty penny for their tow services. Good luck!

Fred has a good group of people working for him. All around great staff. He has always been upfront and honest about what your facing as far as prices, and repair. Would recomend him to anyone whos looking for those qualities in a shop. Oh and they gave my son some really cool merchandise!! Flashlight, a cool bag, and a really nice pen!! A nice perk
